“Shakers Village of Pleasent Hill is off the beaten path. When you get down into the Village you are stopped and asked were your part of the Village you came to see. When you park your car,and enter the Village there is quite silent sound. You hear the birds flap their wings. You hear the creek waters roll over the rocks. You smell clean forest pine trees. “I returned on leave from being stationed overseas for 4 years and my girlfriend told me this was a must try place. And once again, she was right haha the food and drinks were great, the staff was friendly. Very happy to say this was my first time trying Mexican food after so long while also enjoying my time in a restaurant back home. 12/10 experience :)

“If you’re looking for something that has an atmosphere that’s a little “funky” this is the spot. Inside the walls are filled with old records vibrant colors, and loots of fun artwork.

We stopped in on a Saturday night and were seated right away. All the staff were very friendly. The menu had lots of options but my boyfriend and I just decided to split a pepperoni pizza. We got a 16 inch and ate the entire pizza in one sitting, I loved the crust! I also got a frozen margarita, which was great. I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone. The menu had several other dishes I would like to try in the future, and since Danville has lots of outdoor seating, I’d love to sit outside and eat on a nice warm day!“
