Panera Bread in Lexington

“Whenever I arrived at Panera I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread and more. The inside environment was very cozy and gave a very fall vibe since were around that season. I ordered grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was amazing, and the flavor was very potent, although the soup was good the grilled cheese kind of disappointed me. It wasn't very cheesy or grilled. The employees were very kind and surprisingly enthusiastic. Overall, I'm experience at Panera was great!“

“I generally like this location. However, after placing an online order tonight, when I was told it was ready I dtove to the drive thru window and waited for 5 minutes and watch several employees with head phones ckean up the area but not attend the window. I finally drove around and walked in in the cold rain and asked for my order. At the moment, I am not happy.“

“Big thank you to Cheryl, who helped make my order right. This was no way the fault of Panera, but rather with the third party delivery service used when I placed my order through the app.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery and instead of receiving my Panera order, I received Taco Bell. Instead of reporting the issue to the third party deliver to get a refund, I called Panera to see what could be done. I was hungry and wanted food, not a refund.

I was connected with Cheryl, who told me they would make my meal and directed me to pick it up in the drive through. I offered to pick it up, btw. Not only was my meal perfect, but she threw in a cookie and a pup cup for my dog who was in the car with me. Also gave me a refund for having to drive to get my food. Nice!

This might not sound like a lot, but food delivery prices have gotten to be exorbitant. You pay double the price to get food delivered vs what you’d pay at the restaurant. You expect to get what you ordered. Cheryl went above and was beyond helpful. Much appreciated!“

“I needed a place to stop today to get some work done on my computer. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get work done while visiting this particular Panera but I did! The food was great and I enjoyed a deal they had on sandwiches.“

“We stopped here on the way home from vacation. There were very few restaurants at the exit, and many were connected to gas stations which we usually try to avoid. This Panera seemed pretty small but was good all around as far as Paneras go. We ordered at kiosks that blocked the counter, kind of encouraging you to go that route. The food came quickly and was decently warm, exactly as we ordered. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Music was weird for a Panera but not all bad.“
