“Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them any more than rudeness to customers.“

“Late night pickup order submitted online. Good food, only hiccup is the server never called the order to the cooks, so they had to pull the history up to get the ticket. It made the wait a bit longer, but it was just an accident. I'm happy overall, they got good customer service, plus my food was fresh and cooked perfectly.“

“Let me preface by saying, I hope this wasn’t the normal… and that maybe it was new staffing. But the service was subpar. Our food was wrong. I had to remind our waitress that I ordered a waffle (after the bill was delivered) our double orders of hash browns were less than why you got on a breakfast plate. Very unorganized. Food was decent (as much as expected for a Waffle House). I’d come again, but hope that service was better.“
