Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Louisville

“Everyone knows that this location is a hit n miss on how service is done . Honey I was so happy with my visit this last time. Food was fresh ( they even let us know how long we were going to wait) the two ladies in the front had a great attitude they were nice enough to give the kids a drink while we waited. So here is my BUT I was not happy that my rice n beans were more beans then rice because they chose to do it wrong.“

“My kids love the chicken here. The staff is very friendly and patient when taking down our sometimes lengthy orders. Chicken is fresh and crispy. We often get drive thru here for the kids. They love the ghost pepper wings, the spicy chicken sandwich, the tenders and the lemonades.“

“On college tour with 33 students, service was polite, efficient, fast, and food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was very clean, bathrooms as well. From the manager to the cashier everything was wonderful. Look forward to the next time when visiting Louisville.“

“Went for lunch and ordered via the app which made the pickup process easy. Order on the app and went to the drive thru and told them my name and they had it ready at the window

“Dropped a huge order on them at 12:30pm right in the middle of lunch rush. They got the order together in record time and didn’t it with a smile and communicated with me as they were putting the order together. Top-notch team, top-notch people and excellent food. And the order was absolutely correct right down to each in every sauce packet.

“Before coming to this location I didn’t even think Popeyes was good, I’m convinced this is the only Popeyes in Louisville that knows how to fry chicken. Every time I get food here it’s always a 10/10 and the sweet tea is good too. Despite the fact that all the times i’ve been at this location there’s been long lines, moody customers and they’ve ran out of food items, I’ve still been met with fantastic service.“

“Friday 26 around ten thirty I stopped by Popeyes drive thru and ordered a eight piece chicken only. As I started driving to the window to pay and receive my eight piece I heard $26 and some change. I was thinking did I hear her right she understand what I said and when she finally answered the window cuz I was sitting here for a little while she repeated $26 and some change I try to clarify I said is that for eight pieces of chicken she said yes I asked when that happened and he's just shrugged and I said I can't do that I left.“
