“The service from Keith and Vinnie was as top shelf as the food was. From the delicious French Onion soup and outrageous wedge salad we had to start, to the filet and ribeye we had for the main course, wrapping up with the apple tart and Madeira...it was all enjoyable. Even the chair quality was worth noting. Definitely a stop to put on your fine dining to-do list.“

“Restaurant Review: Exceptional Service from Gabriel at LongHorn Steakhouse
I recently had the pleasure of dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—Gabriel Ordonez Chingo Chin. At just 16 years old, Gabriel demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and efficiency beyond his years. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably.
Gabriel’s attention to detail and customer service skills are truly impressive. He keeps the front of the restaurant running smoothly, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s clear that he takes his job seriously and puts in the effort to make every guest’s experience a great one.
I also have to mention that Gabriel has a strong and supportive girlfriend, Jessleen, who keeps him in check—but even with that dynamic, he remains focused and dedicated to his work. His ability to stay composed and efficient in a busy environment is commendable, and LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have him on their team.

“My husband and I visited for Valentine's day. I generally enjoyed the experience. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was rather pleasant. Of course the meat just kept coming, although I'm not big on eating that much beef. For my expectations and taste the steaks should have had more tenderness. It seemed to have been overcooked. The sides and salad bar were delicious. The only other downside is the 20% gratuity that was automatically charged when it was stated on the menu this was for a party of six or more, it was just two of us. I feel we should have been made aware of such a charge. I didn't notice until I got home. I do plan on returning bc my husband loved it, for my taste I'll stick to the chicken and the salad bar.“

“Went on Saturday night so there was definitely a wait. Their estimate was very accurate.
Texas Roadhouse is comfort, a nice meal we can afford.
Went with a group of friends after the movies and we enjoyed every second like always.
Our food came out perfectly for all 5 of us, even the steak temps. The server was busy but would check on us enough without being annoying.
We heard a few birthday songs (it was Saturday after all), and we went in our merry way.
Delicious rolls and filet, would DEFINITELY be back!“

“Jackson was out server and he did an outstanding job. Our food was hot, our drinks were full, and everything tasted delicious. The only thing I found to be odd was The dressing for the salad was placed underneath of the salad. My mother thought that strange as well. Other than that we had a great dining experience.“

“The meal was exceptional, and the ambiance was pleasant. Service was somewhat slow, likely due to understaffing. Our server, however, provided polite and friendly service. Longhorn Steakhouse's pricing is higher than Texas Roadhouse's; nevertheless, the overall dining experience was positive.“

“I came In Wednesday to order 2 steak meals to go. I didn’t expect the service that I would receive. As a caregiver for my parents these last few months have been hard because my father recently passed away. Waiting on my food I started talking to the worker’s. I don’t get out much but these workers made me happy that I stop here today. I stopped here because my mother loves the steaks here. I live 30 minutes away but it was worth the stop. Thinking about my parents I broke down in tears in cattlemen. The compassion that they showed me was priceless. I’ll never forget this day. Thank you to the worker’s. I had Azalea as my server. It wasn’t just her but 2 others who names I don’t remember. You never know what a person is going through so being kind could make someone’s day. They made mine plus the food was great.“

“How could we rate Ruth’s anything other than 10/10. My Wife graduated college yesterday (Thank you, Thank you) and our experience at this establishment felt personally catered. Khalil, Ricky, Kiki… this is exactly how an upper echelon dining establishment should be run. Multiple service checks, casual conversation, fast cooking, and the food was of the quality to which we paid. I couldn’t be more grateful. For the sake of the readers I’ll keep it simple, take a night out at Ruth’s. When you do, ask for the servers listed above!“

“On top of an exhaustive wine selection, Matt Winn’s Steakhouse boasts one of the largest bourbon collections in Bourbon Country, paired with a fine dining experience that overlooks the historic equine racetrack, Churchill Downs. Upon arrival, you are ushered via golf cart from the parking lot to the restaurant, located on the 6th floor. Immediately entering, you are overwhelmed with a southern hospitality and a selection of beverages par, none. The interior is modeled in typical Col. Matt Winn’s style of the 1920’s; you will find bourbon barrels, stained glass, and low hanging crystal chandeliers adorning the space where you can have private conversations without feeling like you’re at someone else’s table. The menu is simple, yet leaves nothing to want. Many accompaniments are available for a variety of items and the sides are portioned to share with the table. Service includes a delicious focaccia, and the staff operates in a way that does not interrupt, however you will never need for anything. “So I had an issue with my delivery order (not by the restaurant but by uber) The uber driver picked up my order and never delivered it to me (he stole my food) & uber said that there was nothing they was able to do for me because I did not order through them I order through Logan’s website. So this kind young man name TJ kindly took care of me and my husband and went out his way to resolve the issue. That man is wonderful and saved my hunger. lol Hust want to say the customer service is upstanding there and very professional & understanding as well.“

“Our 1st time to dine at this fine establishment. My partner and I had to speak to the Manager,Michael, because we have never had service and food at this excellent level before. From the wonderful hostess all the way through the end. The staff worked as a team and made sure every guest felt special and never neglected. Our server anticipated every need we had. The prices were reasonable and we will definitely return in the future. We have been to several restaurants throughout the country and this one by far was unbelievable great service.“
