“I ordered two pies for my family thanksgiving, a pumpkin pie and a cranberry apple pie. To say they were delicious and amazing doesn’t do either pie the justice they deserve. The pumpkin pie was so delicate and light (THESE ARE GOOD THINGS). Sometimes a pumpkin pie can be so heavy and too rich but this was effortless joy, airy and the flavor beat anything I’ve ever even attempted to make. The cranberry apple pie was latticed with sugary perfection. The tart of the cranberry melded with the apple in a delectable ballet of OMG YES. Thank you so much for these pies! I called other local bakeries and was quoted $95 and up and another place quoted me $125. Thank you all for making beautiful affordable cakes. The cake was a delicious strawberry flavor and we will be returning in the future for other birthday cakes.“

“I don't know how to change the star rating, but I give this bakery 5 stars !!!! I ordered a basketweave cake the morning before my daughter's birthday. My husband and daughters are cake people, me not so much. To me all cake taste like it's from a box. Boy, was I wrong! This is the best cake I have ever had. It was a double layer, 8 inch with basketweave and colorful flowers. The cake was so moist and dense....my favorite kind. I'm embarrassed to say how many "little" pieces I had. It was so delicious and I will continue to order from this bakery. I have always bought other things (mainly their large pretzel sandwich and pretzels/bistro dip) but now I am their biggest cake fan!!!“

“The girl that greeted us had dark hair (black I believe) I should’ve gotten her name. I was going in to pick up a testing cookie-Pumpkin cheesecake, with my 3 young kids. I’m someone who’s easily stressed and wanted this to be a quick in and out type of deal, we came 10 minutes early so I was expecting to wait but nope it was ready! We also ended up buying the cookies and cream cake. The cashier/baker was the sweetest though, even if the cookies had been terrible we’d come back to see her.

“I have been shopping this Kroger for years, I particularly and regularly visit the Liquor store for wines and such which is in a different building to the main store. The young man who runs it , Tony is always so extremely pleasant, helpful and uplifting I am surprised more people do not leave feedback. He goes above and beyond for customers and seems to be very knowledgeable with all of the products sold there. Last week I left my phone there and he came running out to catch me. I wish every store had one but I am thankful and will always return if he is there!“

“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“
