“Not sure if there was a change in management or what. But we rarely stop at this Burger King because the service was always terrible. We always ended up waiting 20 to 30 min the drive thru with only 3 cars in line.

However, today we got through within 2 min tops! The staff was super friendly and they remembered the sauce for my onion rings! The food even tasted better! We will be back for sure if they keep this up!“

“If I could give them even more stars, I would!! The owner, Mike himself, took care of us while we were there and he was amazing! So kind and kept us smiling during our entire meal! He was so sweet with my 18 month old daughter, even giving her some suckers and a gift certificate for next time. Not only was the service top notch, but the food was to die for! “Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “My husband and I had dinner here before attending the Nate Bargatze comedy show on Sunday, October 26th. We were running late due to the Bengals game letting out, and the traffic and crowds in the streets were beyond chaotic. We called Bourbon's and informed them of the situation and they were so kind to hold our table for us. We finally arrived and we were greeted and seated immediately. The service, the food, and the ambiance were all excellent. We would highly recommend this place. It's a great location if you're attending an event at Paycor Stadium, the Reds Stadium, or the Heritage Bank Center. It was an easy choice being so close to the venue we were attending and we're glad we chose it!“
