“This is our go to bar/lounge whenever we visit the area. They know their stuff, have a great selection, and have a great bar. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are in the area, visit them. You won't be disappointed.”

“We spent three days in Louisville/Bardstown and The Bar at Willet was the best place of the whole trip. This is in no small part to our excellent bartender Luciano. We split a few different items on the menu but definitely get the egg salad sandwich. They have a few different fancy food items but they are all approachable and tasty. On top of the great bourbon flight recommendations, Luciano was incredibly knowledgeable in regards to spirits in general, and made what our group agreed was the best Manhattan any of us has ever had.

“Never been to Bardstown before, but suggested to eat here for lunch at one of the shops. I'm so glad we did! The inside is cozy with cute decor and a beautiful emarld couch at the table near the door. The service was fast and the food was out quickly. We ate the lunch special, and it was delicious! We did have to ask for a refill on our drinks, but I was impressed with small town Cafe. We will most certainly be back for more. ?”

“We recommend Liam and Ash, simply for their customer service, and their variety of spirits and cocktails! We recently went to Liam and Ash, for a little Valentines Day cocktail and dessert Love. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful, especially when you inquire about a particular cocktail or spirit. The waitstaff is quick to give you the necessary information, you need to choose a cocktail based on your preferences. They will also suggest something new, if you're in an adventurous mood. Their food is always flavorful and pairs well with whatever libation you might be sipping on. Liam and Ash provides an upscale and cozy atmosphere, and has quickly become our go to for a after dinner drink, or a date night special. Definitely recommend stopping in!!!”

“I ordered fish, greens, green beans, hush puppies and Mac and cheese from here the other day and all I can say is take my money! The prices are way cheaper than anywhere else, including fast food and the food is better than a sit down restaurant. It was so incredibly amazing. I was in a food induced coma all day and have craved it since. If you haven’t tried this place, please do! Best meal I’ve had in ages!”

“This place is a joke! We got here in time for breakfast, the girl that check us in said 15-20 mins. got seated at 11:45 and couldn't order breakfast (everything says breakfast until noon). I told them no pickle on my plate, chicken sandwich comes out with a pickle on my plate. I tore the sandwich up so I would know I had one that hasn't touched the pickle (I'm allergic!). The waiter comes back and says they can take the pickle off my plate but can't remake it. I asked for a manager and she came out and got smart and said it is in the fryer now, and said the waiter is only 17, it doesn't matter how old the waiter is, it's not that hard to not put a flipping pickle on someone's plate when they tell you NO pickle. and to the own you need a better attitude to your customers when it's your staffs fault the order isn't correct.”

“We ate at the Old Talbot Tavern restaurant on a Sunday night in June. The customers were a mix of tourists and locals. We had burgers which were very good and cocktails. Both were good, but not change your life good. Drinks were small but appropriately priced. We would go back but maybe not my first choice.”

I even had sausage & pineapple as my toppings & lawd have mercy, it was EVERYTHING.....my ONLY complaint was the salt on the crust. It was a little too much but not enough to stop me getting getting it again tho!!! PLEEEEEEASE put this on the reg menu. “One of the best steakhouses I've ever been to. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, but the atmosphere and the service was impeccable. I'm traveling without my family right now, so I just sat at the bar, but hands down it was the best bartender and best service that I've had in a long time. I wish we had places like this in Indiana.”
