“This place never gets old it's an old building three floors their food is amazing The breadsticks are my favorite with their marinara sauce excellent choice you can make a meal of that and it's just an appetizer I would definitely recommend this place to anybody we drive almost an hour every time we go to eat there and then there is a ice cream place across from it that has a bowling alley inside and there their bourbon butter pecan ice cream is amazing. Oh they also have gluten-free options as well and they are very careful when they make your food as to make sure it doesn't touch any gluten My daughter is highly allergic and she is able to eat here with no problem.”

“This place needs help with their curb appeal! The person that waited on us, had to ask us 3 or 4 times what we wanted as they kept forgetting. Appreciated the variety of sugar free flavors since my hubby is diabetic! Surprisingly, the coffee was really good and it was hot!!! If they improved the outside appearance of their site, they would probably get a lot more business! I would definitely go here again for coffee!”

“This is a new Mexican restaurant that has opened on the outer parts of Taylorsville and I must say that the food is delicious they are still in the process of doing some remodeling on the bar and grill side but the restaurant side is fine and the waiter we have was exceptional and I plan to eat there again the next time I'm in the mood for Mexican ??”

“We loved eating breakfast here! Already planning when we can come back hopefully for lunch next time. My husband was obsessed with the biscuits and gravy. I had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich which was great. My parents were with us too. Dad had an omelet which he raved about. Mom had the skillet potatoes with veggies and a fresh rolled oatmeal that she was in love with. Thank you for the great customer service and awesome food!”

“Wow I’ve never found a place that can do a great cappuccino for less than $3, but this place exceeds all expectations. They are friendly and clean, and the pineapple muffin I got was delicious and warm. They even came to check on us while we were eating.The bathroom was spotless.”

Met the owners and their prized (award winning) bartender, all contributed to a great evening. Tasted a restaurant Knob Creek bottle pick and somehow it was one of the best KC's I've had. This place hit all the marks. I wish I was local. Look forward to coming back.”

“Nice people, and they had a very odd product in stock that was hard to find elsewhere. Be careful going in if you have Asthma as they use a NON natural air freshener. I recommend they start using something natural like Eucalyptus or something. It is a good place, and I hope their business does well.”

“Really friendly service and the inside the place is fun to check out. The steak tips could've had some more flavor to them but the onions and peppers with the meat helped out. The chicken fried chicken had an excellent coating that was delicious but the chicken probably should've been pounded before coating it because it wasn't really that tender. The mashed potatoes were good. House salad was adequate but should have had more than one small onion sliver on it. They do provide a military discount which is much appreciated. I'll eat here again if I'm in the area.”

“Champs chicken located inside of the country mart in Taylorsville, KY has good chicken. Their tenders are good, and their mac & cheese is also very good. The price is reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area to check it out .”

“Passed through town for work and stayed a night in town.. shorty, the owner, welcomed us at the door, and made us feel like we been there so many times. Decent dive bar with pool tables, darts, and the best part.. a boxing machine ? high score mine next time I'm around the area. Appreciate the hospitality ?”

“I've been here for breakfast and lunch, and both times have had excellent service and the food was great! We will be back! Rachelle is such an attentive server and even though the restaurant was full, she made sure to take care of all her customers, and was quick to bring out condiments upon request and fill our drinks before we even asked.”

“Went out with some great friends. First time at BJ's was a friendly place with plenty of atmosphere. Was there with someone who has lost their sight and the parking lot had several breaks that could easily have tripped him if we hadn't been paying extra attention. I have mobility problems myself and stumpled acouple of times myself.Parking: The only thing about handicap parking nowadays is that every one has handicap parking. I'm not saying anyone doesn't deserve their placards/license plates but I also know people who have family that were given those for legitimate reasons and the family members drive their vehicles to get this privilege. My brother is in a wheelchair, but when I use his vehicle and he is not with me I DON'T PARK in handicapped parking. I have also seen people park in the stripe zone next to his van which is for his ramp to come out and down so he can get OUT of the van. Luckily when lazy idiots have done this to him he has had a family member or friend with him to back the van out so we can have room for the ramp he needs.”
