The service is consistently described as the slowest of any Chick-fil-A, with excessive wait times for the drive-thru, walk-in orders, and DoorDash. Customers often wait over 10 minutes even when the restaurant is not busy, and employees are sometimes seen fraternizing or standing around. Orders frequently get lost or are missing items and condiments, making it a frustrating and "mid experience." On the positive side, the people who work there are described as really nice and extremely kind. The food, including the grilled nuggets and a breakfast sandwich, is good and outstanding when received. The dining room and restrooms are sparkling clean. Some reviewers had a much better first-time experience, noting they were greeted warmly, received food quickly, and were even given free kids meal vouchers and balloons, which made their day. However, for many, the extremely slow service overshadows the friendly staff and good food.
