I was asked my order then I was asked my order again by the same person at the front counter. They didn't repeat my order to me at all just handed me a receipt. The receipt read a Mcdouble with a medium iced coffee. I ordered a Mcdouble meal with a large iced coffee. Active listening is part of the job which wasn't used by the employee or the manager.
The woman at the first window taking the order couldn’t hear a train coming from 3 foot away and the girl handing out food at the last window has an attitude. I ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits and a large hi c foam drink and didn’t get the foam. When asked about it “YoU oRdErEd It LiKe ThAt” no I did not but I’m not ab to argue with a fast food worker.
I waited for more than 20 minutes and didn’t give even get my correct order. The bun was also rock solid like it had been sitting out for the whole time. Worst experience I’ve had at this place.
