“I saw a review by someone named Cassie Trejo and I just wanted to point out, this woman was very rude to the employees and I apologized to the staff after she left. I was in the restaurant at this time and I was floored by this example she was setting. At one point she said “how hard is it to make a sandwich” and I was blown away by the entitlement she was exhibiting. If I was starting out new at a restaurant, I’d be visibly upset too. She seemed to be giving them a hard time over what a reasonable person would not typically be upset over. I’ve never left a review before, but this has bothered me for a while and seeing she left that review really bugged me because I knew it had to be her. You’re doing great guys! My sandwich was the bomb and I’ll definitely be back! Making sure I tip higher next time on Miss Trejo’s behalf <3“

“It's always a good time for a sub. This one is inside a gas station but I think that's just where the company puts them now. Fast paced and busy as you would expect just off an interstate exit. Foods always good and usually no wait.“

“I went in at about 3 in the morning after around 5 or 6 hours of driving. I ordered two McChickens, a large fry, and a large drink. I was near catatonic due to the long day and the McChicken and fries hit insanely hard. I do have to say that the McChicken had a tad too much lettuce but it was clearly fresh as were the fries and very scrumptious. I'm going to have to give it four stars because of the lettuce and because the shake machine was down (not surprised). I really wanted a shake. Other than that, the lady at the front counter was pleasant and I had a good experience there.“

“The girl taking orders was too busy laughing about something going on inside the restaurant to take our order. She even cut my Mom off to tell her the total before my Mom had finished ordering, just so she could get back to her conversation.The boy mixing the Blizzard's was visibly upset about something. He was cursing and yelling at the girl working the window. He didn't clean off the mixer between Blizzard's so I ended up with Oreo pieces in my Reese Cup pie Blizzard. I do not recommend that combination.My Step Dad didn't get any extra Oreo in his, and my nephew ended up with 5 times the regular amount of Oreo in his. It was all Oreo and no ice cream. I assume this happened because the girl told him that the first Oreo Blizzard was supposed to have extra, so he added all of it to the next one.The staff is usually a lot more polite and professional than this.“

“We were on a 12 hour trip from Arkansas to Ohio and stopped to stretch and refuel ourselves and the car. We were pleasantly surprised to find in side dinning was available. My wife had their chicken sandwich meal with French fries and a diet Pepsi I had their Quarter pounder, fries and a diet. Both meals tasted good and since these were fast foods we did not lose much time in our travels. The restaurant is in a truck stop. It is very clean, as was the restrooms. Staff was great and friendly.“

“They stated that they had just been extremely busy. Consequently, they didn't have the type of bread I wanted. Also, they were down to just one of the cookies I wanted. I had to go with another bread and choose another type of cookie for my second one in the combo meal.“
