Food is good, staff sucked. Went though drive thru, ordered 2 half pound sandwiches. Total sounded too low so hubby asked them again at the window if had it correct and repeated our order. Got our food, no, no it wasnt right. Enjoy the other locations, disappointed with listening skills here.
Went there today and got the 2 for 7 spicy beef and a Greek gyro the customer service was bad my wife smiled at them and was nice and they just turned away. We got home and our food was just sloppy as can be open it and literally fell out and totally got every where Ilove arbys but this was just so disappointing l
