“Landon Mallory at Subway in Benton KY is one of the most respectful young men I have ever encountered, especially for having a job at a fast food restaurant. He was patient, calm, spoke clearly, had a positive attitude, cheerful, and said ma’am several times during the interaction. I think I may have gotten there at opening time and they werent quite ready. His apology for me waiting a few min was done with sincere empathy and compassion instead of the usually short and sweet “sorry for your wait” with attitude behind it. Overall it was a positive experience and that boy deserves some recognition. I’m not sure who his parents are but kudos to yall for raising such a kind, compassionate, and respectful young man!“
