Cafe Italia has the best Italian food in Kentucky!! The food, atmosphere, and customer service is top notch. I adore Jackie & always love catching up with her every time I stop in! We are lucky to have this hidden gem in Bowling Green! 10/10 recommend!

We made reservations for 6:00 for a party of 16 for my wife’s and another lady’s birthday dinner we arrive 15-20 minutes early and was told we have another reservation at 6 for 18 and had another reservation for 15 at 5 and as soon as she had us a place we would get seated at about 10 minutes to 6 we watched them bring their food food to the table of the party of 15 when we asked we was told it not 6 yet it’s 5:59 🤦🏼♂️ if you can’t handle and have room for...read full review

Cafe Italia is a wonderful restaurant with friendly staff and absolutely incredible food. The service is excellent, with attentive waitresses who are genuinely interested in talking with guests. The owner is a very lovely woman who always checks on customers. The food is always impeccable, tasting fresh and homemade with high-quality, real cheese. Generous portions are offered at affordable prices. Specific meals mentioned include the chicken marsala (the best ever), mozzarella sticks, cheese bread, caprese, Caesar salad, pasta sampler, spaghetti with meatballs, penne ala vodka, prottabello mushroom ravioli in Alfredo, and chicken Maximo. The Alfredo is amazing. Desserts like the Limoncello cake, tiramisu, and chocolate cake are absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean with a very unique and welcoming atmosphere. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Italian meal. It may be best to call for a reservation ahead of time.
