Service from nice young man was excellent. Food not so much. I ordered vegetable tempura and the zucchini and carrots were cut so thick I could not eat them. Raw veggies. When you serve food at a restaurant surrounded by other restaurants you want to stand out for good food. I will not return. By the way, the vegetable roll was good.
Service was very slow. We got our sushi about 50 minutes after ordering. The hibachi dinner was not very good, but it was cheap so you get what you pay for. Will not be going back. I give it 2 stars just because the sushi was decent.

Ichiban has reopened on the Bypass in Bowling Green after being destroyed by the 2021 tornadoes. It is BETTER THAN EVER! Probably the best sushi we’ve ever had. So good and fresh.
