“I rolled through here for lunch today. The drive-thru line was a little daunting. Quite a few cars but this was my last stop back home from a lunch break. That line went fast! By the time I got to the order box, a friendly voice came over and I had questions. I’ve only been to another Freddys twice before. I asked if the patty melt came with sauce and it does not so I asked if I could get a sauce and what were my choices. Mary, very very sweet, Mary, didn’t sound annoyed and was quite helpful. I ordered the patty melt meal with a little thousand island sauce added to my burger, onion rings and a large Diet Pepsi. I asked for a mini sized chocolate custard / concrete with no toppings and she again, very kindly, told me how I could save some money and make it a “dish” of custard instead, that the concretes came with topping. I’m not usually uneducated, especially about desserts, and she was so nice to educate me with a friendly voice and tone. When I got to the payment / distribution window, I asked the lady if she was the one I had ordered with. It was. I thanked her for being so kind. She was efficient, pleasant, and my food was packed well. The patty melt was spot on! Perfect with a little thousand island! The onion rings were hot! Great and quick service here. Mary is a gem and very appreciated! Full 5 stars and more!“

“Dairy Queen in Middletown, KY is by far the best fast food restaurant in Middletown! Their customer service is second to none! I appreciate seeing the owner and his family running this store. They take pride in every meal they prep! This place runs like a well oiled machine. It does not take much to see the difference between this restaurant and any other around. I give this restaurant and their employees 5 ⭐️’s.“

“It was a late dinner, just before closing. The place was wrapping up so there was no line, just great service, fast food, and delicious. The employees at Chick-fil-A always seem well trained and this location was no different. All the employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, efficient, and hard working. The place was quite clean after what I'm sure was a long day of serving customers.

Parking: I was there right before closing so personally I had no problems finding parking.“

“Updating my previous review that was a one star because of a complete failure on Blaze's part to service my needs ordering a Gluten free pizza. I don't know what's changed but thank you for fixing your problems with properly serving someone with a Gluten Free sensitivity. I really enjoy the pizza and service once again.

Keep him on the frontline!! We dined in, the sound was not bad, we could carry our convo in normal voice mode and there were many seated at tables and a line at the register. “Stopping by for a quick snack and bathroom break while visiting Louisville, KY. Used the 2 for $7 Greek Gyro wraps coupon which is my favorite sandwich at Arby's!

Of course we had to order their curly fries to go with the Gyro! With Arby's famous Horsey Sauce, we had such a great meal at an awesome price for the two of us!

Their service is exceptional especially for a fast food restaurant! The gentlemen who waited on us at the cashier really make this a great visit!

“First time I ate here and I’m glad I did. I got the Pineapple Express burrito and loved it. The sauce is kinda spicy, but with the sweetness of the pineapples in the pineapple salsa was the perfect balance. Also ordered the chips and queso for my son and I, it was good as well. Queso here is a little runnier than we prefer, but good overall! We ordered it for takeout and it was ready and on the pickup shelf with my name clearly displayed by the estimated time we were given. Love their pickup process because if you’re in a hurry, you don’t even have to speak to anyone and can just be in and out.“

“Long John Silver's is a food item that when one craves it there's no option but Long John Silver's. I enjoy the taste occasionally with their sides of green beans and coleslaw. Louisville has fewer locations now since Long John Silver's has changed owners over the last decade and no longer a Yum! Brands business. There is no Long John Silver's near where I live, so I drove 20 mi to LaGrange, KY one night when I was craving the product. The staff there on a Sunday night were extremely kind, courteous and patient as I considered menu options. I enjoyed the whitefish, the cod and green beans and coleslaw. A 40 mi round trip is a bit far for Long John Silver's, but I did enjoy dining there and experiencing the excellent staff on that Sunday evening. I don't know the story behind why Yum! Brands sold Long John Silver's, but I don't think the subsequent owners have succeeded in maintaining the brand.“

“When I went to the drive-thru with my mobile order, my food was fresh and hot, however the woman in drive-through was not so friendly, acting like she was in a hurry to give me my food so I could get out of her way. I had to ask her for ketchup and she said yes and handed it to me, but basically threw it in my hand making me lose half of it on the ground. I told her sorry and she rolled her eyes and turned away. “Out of all the "fast food" fish places, this one is the best! Personally, I order the Fish and Clams when I go, you dont have to order that but you're also entitled to have a wrong opinion of the best thing to eat, Perfect place for a 3rd date, would willingly fight a goose in the parking lot to get inside if I had to, inside its exactly what you would expect... old people taking up all the tables like some sort of early dinner club, I believe I was the only person not wearing geriatric tennis shoes out of all of my visits there. I feel like the restaurant is slightly misleading because they dont actually have whale on the menu, it seems like basic white fish, the same as the old people inside (basic and white). Overall have went, have returned and Lord willing will return again.“

“Zaxby’s is a restaurant that I seek out whenever I’m in an area that has them. This location had nice staff. On my first order, flatware was not included in my carry out order. It’s difficult to eat sauced food without it. Also, asked for extra seasoning on the fries and I couldn’t notice or taste a difference. Second order, I had problems with ordering on the app. Same fry issue. I purchased additional sauce for which I believed I was purchasing an 8 oz. bottle and received 7 single serve sauces and 1 in the wrong flavor. I dearly love Zaxby’s and it pains me to have to give anything less than 5-stars.

He replied, "I am Pathe". I said, "whaaa? You're the Party? " He answered , "yes, I am Pathe.". I was super confused but, eventually we got it all figured out.
