“I’m glad they are using gloves to make our sandwiches! My gripes are that I don’t want to see an employee vaping around sandwich station before/during/after making my sandwich. Also, vapes are in dirty pockets, held while using the restroom, etc and I don’t want that hand touching my bread. “I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.“

“This visit was a reminder of why it has been several months since I have been here. The bar in the back seems to have the worst service. I asked for a coke and got a glass 3/4 full of ice. I didn’t think it was a big deal since it was very slow so bartender wouldn’t be so busy when I needed a refill. Once food came out, the bartender disappeared. I waited patiently for a good 5-7 minutes thinking maybe they were busy. Once 10 minutes rolled around and hadn’t seen anyone behind the bar, I took my ice filled glass to the front bar for a refill. Once I went around the corner I saw the bartender and several other workers gathered on other side by entrance all talking among themselves. The bartender up front gave me a refill and I went back to my seat in the back. Shortly after that I noticed a worker who was sitting at a table behind us get up and talk with our bartender who was obviously now being very “short” with us. I asked for our check and will take business somewhere else. I wouldn’t have a problem with any of this if I wasn’t expected by these people for me to leave gratuity.“

“When I went into this restaurant they gave me lollipops to choose from and they handed my mom something like in a box. It was a mystery and then when we opened it it was cheesesteak and it was Oreo cheesecake. So that was yummy. And I had the hot dog and it was fine. I also had fries which were pretty good. They had this cool display of license plates from other states. and their drinks were really good. I had Pepsi which was nice and the tables were clean so that was good. That's why I recommend you eat here.“

“Food is great prices are decent. Though what really caught my eye was the older male manager with glasses. He had a positive attitude, he was so kind, everything about him was upbeat. I especially loved how he talked to all the young men working. When he asked them to do something he was polite about it and said please. He was training another young boy to clean the dining room. I love that he was teaching him and not having some other employee teach him. This place is rocking it for a fast food joint“

“The staff at this Steak 'n Shake are wonderful! We had a belated Christmas get together (place requested by my granddaughters). We had a large group and large order. It took awhile, but it was noon so you would expect it. They brought out free fries for the girls while we waited. Everyone was so nice and our food was hot and fresh!“

“I ordered take out on 2/11/25 & in the process of ordering two dinners I had an issue with my credit card that had me worried, but after speaking with the Mgr (Billy ) I nolonger was in that mindset, Billy fixed the problem and my dinners was stomach happy, will certainly return again. “I've been through the drive thru at this location a few times recently. It's right off of US 50 about a half a mile from Hollywood Casino. I've long been a fan of the BK Croissant Sandwiches for breakfast particularly the Sausage And Cheese one. However what I'm really excited to talk about is their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. In the past I've had it and it was on the okayish side but nothing really memorable. However at some point over the last while they've really upped their game and are really bringing something special to the table with their Spicy Chicken. It comes with a pretty good spicy chicken patty that had decent enough flavour but what separated this sandwich from the others was the sauce that they put on it. It was a sort of savory sauce with a little bite to it and let me tell you what it was spectacular. It is definitely worth checking out if you haven't already. Their Flame Broiled Burgers are always kind of a divisive thing. People tend to either love them or hate them. For me I like it well enough. I just got a couple of small cheeseburgers plain with mustard for the sole purpose of letting the meat flavour stand out. Most people like the Whopper and all of it's toppings and I get that but for me I prefer it very basic so I can enjoy what they've done with the burger. Whenever I'm here for lunch I've always gotta get some onion rings to go with whatever sandwich I've chosen on the given day. They are probably the best of the fast food restaurant onion rings as far as flavour and consistency that I've come across. You gotta get that Zesty Dipping sauce to really get that awesome onion ring flavour. Burger King has really picked up their game recently and went from kind of an also ran fast food chain with mediocre food to bringing some great stuff to the table. All hail the King for those improvements.“

“a few weeks ago i had come to wendys with my son and the cashier was very chipper. the boy who looked about 17ish came over to my table on a break and played the game on the nintendo with my son. come yesterday i was at the gas station and i saw the same cashier who introduced himself as sammie. my son said “oh my gosh he remembered us!!” It brings me joy to know theres genuine people who care

Normally have good luck with ordering ahead on the app at this location, so I didn’t think to pull out all of the burgers to check this time. I noticed our sides were correct, and even had the sauces I requested… so I thought it would all be correct. Sadly, it was not, and I drove off. I didn’t realize that over half of the burgers didn’t have the correct cheese/ toppings once I got home. I received mostly garlic cheese burgers, and a couple jalapeño cheese (not ordered). I ordered 5 smoked cheddar/ 5 garlic cheese. I’m upset because, we live around 20 minutes away- it isn’t convenient for me to drive back for a correction. :(

Update: Truly some of the best customer service in regards to making up for my last experience/ review. I really appreciated that, and due to normally having great experiences with this location- I’ve changed my review back to 5 stars.“

“I enjoyed this spot as kind of a hidden gem for the Hebron area. The menu is rather straightforward and simple with still a decent variety to choose from. A pub type menu. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty. Really, it's just a good place for a no-nonsense type of lunch/dinner when you want to just grab a bite to eat and chill.“

“This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“Awesome sports bar. It's always fun at Game Time. Great place to hang with friends, enjoy delicious food, and have some drinks. Good music and sometimes live music. Reasonable prices and great service. Plenty of TV's to watch whatever game interests you. They have some arcade games, a couple of pool tables, and a few dart games set up. They have a nice outdoor patio and sand volleyball set up out back. There's plenty of parking nearby and out front. The only negative thing I can say is that the bathrooms could use cleaning more. Sounds like any bar bathroom, though. Other than that, I love going here with friends on the weekends when we can all get together.“

Flamethrower Grillburger Cheese Curds Hot Fudge Funnel Cake What Is It: The Flamethrower is a half pound burger topped with fiery Flamethrower sauce, melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the latter two I had them leave off my sandwich.) Cheese curds are fried cheese bites and the funnel cake comes topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Presentation: The sandwich isn't nearly as appealing as the menu shows and it's not just because I left the veggies off. The other two items look acceptable. 4 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I'm a big fan of the Flamethrower. Even though visually this wasn't the best the flavours were definitely there. Lot's of spicy goodness to be had here. I recommend getting extra flamethrower sauce for it as that's especially tasty. The cheese curds were run of the mill and really could have used a dipping sauce of some kind. The funnel cake while tasty really didn't remind me of a funnel cake. It was kinda like a below average plain donut topped with a bunch of stuff. Still a sweet dessert but hardly a state fair funnel cake. Some good and mediocre with this meal but at the end of it I'm satisfied. Flamethrower Grillburger: 8 out of 10 Cheese Curds: 4 out of 10 Hot Fudge Funnel Cake: 4.5 out of 10“

“I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's. This should be the training center for Wendy's in the Kenton county area in my opinion. The Mon-Friday AM breakfast crew is just phenomenal. I have been going here for years and this place has it down with the food, service and correcting anything and using the Wendy's app. This is the place to go for Breakfast and Lunch in the fast food industry. High five to them! Thank you so much for making my mornings so bright.
