“Actually went thru the drive thru at this location and was greeted by a a nice worker that seemed to be above par for the average fast food worker. They got me my drink pronto. They made sure to ask me if I Needed anything like sauces, and they put napkins in my bag. They were kind. That right there has 95 percent of the competition beat in the dust. Then I got my turkey ranch bacon market fresh sandwich and they made it how I ordered it. Right on target. Perfect execution took all of about 60 secs. Bam

I pulled over in the parking lot and smashed that sandwich. Best damn samich ive had in atleast a couple months.

“This is the best subway I've ever ate at, the employees are nice as could be and really know how to make a proper sandwich exactly how everyone wants it. They completely satisfy me every time I eat here and I'd rather go here than any other subway“

“I just wanted to acknowledge that the young man and the manager woman were very kind for the fact that they were the only ones (maybe there was a 3rd person) who were working shift. They encouraged each other and really made sure to still be serving the customers despite the stress. I had a far drive from where I came from and this was the first real stop option. The drive thru built up and a family was inside as well. I really truly want them to get their props and recognition.“

The manager and employee at the cash register were quick to help and figured out the situation without hesitance! If you like Chipotle, Burlington chipotle is ur only hope. 5 stars

“We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.“
