“I just took Chef Lori Himmelsbach’s Danish Pastry class at The Kentucky Millstone. It was incredible! Lori is a great teacher of this fun, hands-on class. She shares her vault of knowledge with students, and best of all - the Danish pastries we made were delicious. I baked more the next day at home, and they turned out looking beautiful and tasting like they came from a high-end patisserie.“
