“my family and i stopped here for a quick lunch. i have 2 toddlers and a baby which makes everything a bit chaotic, but the hostess was incredibly patient and kind! she included my kids, even bringing them their own sweet and sour sauce that had already been cooled down. she never got annoyed with me for asking questions and she even taught my daughter how to use chopsticks which made her day! they made all our food fresh and it was delicious! i highly recommend going here just for the service and the food being good was a plus! we will 100% be back.“

“We recently moved to the area and just found this gem! We have been there twice in a week! The burgers and shakes are amazing!! Our little one had nuggets and the bbq sauce is something else!!! I almost cried it was so good! lol Prices are spot on! The service was great both times! This brings us back to our childhood! Can’t wait to go back and try more items off the menu!“

“The staff are amazing here. Fast, friendly and welcoming. Love how theres bible verses everywhere within and on the cups. This is only my 2nd time visiting so I wasnt too familiar to the menu and the nice young lady in a custom white hoodie patiently waited. Also she gave me my soda without ice! That's a winner for me(its already cold, and going to be gone in 10minutes)! The food both times ive visited has been perfect. The chicken falling apart juicy but still crispy. The fries are a nice crinkle cut and they also give a massive slice of texas toast with the orders. I dont know what the Guthries sauce is of but it was amazing too. I'll definitely be back and do recommend“

“Had dinner at Pappy's Cookin' today for the first time. Pretty awesome place. I had fried shrimp and fries and Heather Hoptry-Queen had blackened chicken breasts. Food was great as was the service. Staff was friendly, attentive, and accurate. The portions. Wow. Neither of us could finish the whole thing and boxes were needed. Will def go back and def recommend it. Good home cooking style food. ❤️“

“Customer service is a lost commodity in today’s works but not with this location.

This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.

The lady brought out two pizzas and I was thinking I never ordered two. She explained she overcooked one and showed me. Then she opened the other and said look how pretty this one is. I was shocked they stepped up before I knows about it. A

“The customer service is weird, I always feel like I’m rushed to order something. They almost never talk unless they are telling your your total. They’ve had a few great smokers years ago the ones that are there now barley look at you. I use to love earning here when I went to the mall, I’d always get the General Tos chicken, rice and crab ragoons. That was my go to meal but I don’t know it taste way different now, plus they are very pricey“
