“Absolutely amazing service this morning a manager or general manager I can’t remember what the girl the window said took my order and she was extremely peppy and energetic for the morning lol and I absolutely love that for her. Then the girl who took my card at the window was super super sweet and we were laughing together about coffee and being up so early in the morning and then the young gentleman that handed me my food out the window was also very very sweet and wished me a good Day. Amazing service 10 out of 10“

“We stopped for Frosty's on our way to a nearby hotel where we were staying. Employees were friendly and efficient, interior was clean, and we were served quickly. It wasn't until we were seated inside that we noticed the outside area is swarming with a large number of loiterers. We watched one come in with an empty Big Gulp cup, help himself to a large drink from the Freestyle station and walk out. He didn't bother us, and none of the employees confronted him or any of the other loiterers coming in and out for various reasons, but it's worth noting. This was clearly a common practice that we haven't encountered elsewhere in our travels around the country and it just felt strange.“
