Wendy's in Covington

“I love this Wendy's. I love the chili that Wendy's has but for some reason this store has added hot sauce to the chili. Everybody doesn't like spicy foods. You can add spice but you can't take it away so please stop making the chili spicy.“

“We stopped for Frosty's on our way to a nearby hotel where we were staying. Employees were friendly and efficient, interior was clean, and we were served quickly. It wasn't until we were seated inside that we noticed the outside area is swarming with a large number of loiterers. We watched one come in with an empty Big Gulp cup, help himself to a large drink from the Freestyle station and walk out. He didn't bother us, and none of the employees confronted him or any of the other loiterers coming in and out for various reasons, but it's worth noting. This was clearly a common practice that we haven't encountered elsewhere in our travels around the country and it just felt strange.“
