“Went here for the first time tonight. Had their Doritos locos tacos which were amazing. Got a drink with it for a really good price. The person taking our order was really nice and sweet. Would definitely recommend. Fifth time ever going to Taco bell, have yet to be disappointed.“

“I was not pleased with a worker lighting up a cigarette right outside the door and not at least 8 feet from the building. I ended up seeing a driver plow into three cars two, three and four spaces from me, then back up into the first car, ripping the poor guy's bumper off. The teamwork that ensued as the driver sped off to get law enforcement engaged was some of the best I have seen. While I don't want to go back through that fiasco again, it might be worth it to see how things turned out. I felt so bad for the three people were hit and had I been one space over or she had started her rampage a few feet earlier, I would either be seriously injured or even dead. None of the other vehicles had occupants, thank God.“

“I stopped by the dairy Queen on Norton commerce at 6:15 a.m. and they still was not open when I was starving for breakfast.. LUCKILY I made my way up to Crestwood and they was open ready to serve breakfast!! ?? Thanks to all the employees who get up early so that breakfast can be made!“

Kid-friendliness: No need unless you must or desire to take your kiddo. No dining in option. But, friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door. Sure enough, the staff would assist if you are noticed. Wave, call, knock and get a staff member's attention. Gladly, they will do so.“

“Subway's $5 footlong is the best deal around in fast food. For an extra $1.50 they will DOUBLE the meat on your sandwich! That's amazing. I prefer the footlong Italian with double meat, just a little of ALL the veggies (except green pepper) and Caesar dressing.“

“I rolled through here for lunch today. The drive-thru line was a little daunting. Quite a few cars but this was my last stop back home from a lunch break. That line went fast! By the time I got to the order box, a friendly voice came over and I had questions. I’ve only been to another Freddys twice before. I asked if the patty melt came with sauce and it does not so I asked if I could get a sauce and what were my choices. Mary, very very sweet, Mary, didn’t sound annoyed and was quite helpful. I ordered the patty melt meal with a little thousand island sauce added to my burger, onion rings and a large Diet Pepsi. I asked for a mini sized chocolate custard / concrete with no toppings and she again, very kindly, told me how I could save some money and make it a “dish” of custard instead, that the concretes came with topping. I’m not usually uneducated, especially about desserts, and she was so nice to educate me with a friendly voice and tone. When I got to the payment / distribution window, I asked the lady if she was the one I had ordered with. It was. I thanked her for being so kind. She was efficient, pleasant, and my food was packed well. The patty melt was spot on! Perfect with a little thousand island! The onion rings were hot! Great and quick service here. Mary is a gem and very appreciated! Full 5 stars and more!“

“Went through drive thru, A new guy taking orders from cars was taking a long time to get the orders logged in and accept payment, the other line was moving 5 cars to the other lines 1-2 car's, finally the manager came out to see what the hold up was, I then pulled up to the new guy taking orders and as I told him the order I could tell he was having trouble remembering what I just said, I had to repeat myself about four times, I guess he was nervous, it's understandable. Food was good.“
