“Due to it being an early Monday afternoon, they don't have many drivers working. With that being said, they delayed putting my order in the oven since their driver was out on a delivery. I think that's exceptional customer service. No one wants cold pizza unless it's a Saturday morning!“

“We came in at 7 pm. Place was packed. We had a party of 7,they gave us a room seperate from everyone else right away. There was only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant, she told us. She never skipped a beat,she was on top of drinks,food,boxes. She could have let it impact the night that she was overwhelmed but she did a great job with a great attitude. I only did a 2 for atmosphere because of cleanliness but everything else was great! And these days you don't know what you're gonna get.?“

Kid-friendliness: No need unless you must or desire to take your kiddo. No dining in option. But, friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door. Sure enough, the staff would assist if you are noticed. Wave, call, knock and get a staff member's attention. Gladly, they will do so.“

“This is not the normal Blaze we go to but we were over here returning some stuff and thought why not? And boy were we impressed. My husband and I both got a pizza to go and ate it in the parking lot. The bake was perfect. We can neither have dairy but even without cheese these pizzas were delicious. My husband ate the whole thing.“

“Our favorite pizza joint in Louisville for over 10 years! Awesome atmosphere, great beer selection and good cocktails, and everything is ALWAYS delicious. My husband loves the wings, I love the Cuban sandwich and all the salads, MIL loves the calzones, kid loves the kid's cheese pizza (made fresh!)- w/a rice krispy treat ;) and we ALL love the pizza!!! Service is always on point and the staff..well, let's just say they go above and beyond to make you feel like family. Highly recommend 100/10!!!“
