“(Tw: this is a bias review) This place is magical? The manager that sings through the kitchen is energetic every time I visit. The lobby is taken care of (most of the time) but the drive thru is slow at times. The food is a little dry or soggy (it varies every week) but the mash potato makes up for it. The sides are probably the best items on the menu beside the specials every month. For maybe some upgrades, they should clean the restrooms better, decrease the price of sides (a large side costs more than a sandwich by itself), and SALT THE FRIES !!!! Im telling yall rn, dont go to the restaurant once it hits 10. Ong it mostly smells horrible, but the food is even worse at that time. (These arent recent events, these happened throughout the year)“

“We're able to make reservation for 8 after taking my sons family to see Toy Story at the Pops on a Sunday afternoon. Our server was great. Our food came out quick which is necessary with three kids. 3 adults got the chicken sandwich which they loved . My granddaughter loved her plain noodles with her 2 drumsticks. This place is nice as it is a short walk thru the park from Music Hall, open on Sunday, now takes reservations and across the street from Graeters ice cream. Great!“

“We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.“

I have visited this store for three years so I know I have had enough time to evaluate— you will always have delicious food 🥘 staff may be new and improperly trained.“

“I stopped into Chick-fil-A today for lunch and ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with a cup of fruit. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and perfectly made—crispy chicken, soft bun, and plenty of toppings. The fruit cup was a nice lighter side option and everything tasted fresh.

As always, the service was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers on both food and customer experience, and today was no exception.

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“The city bird OTR location is good. Location is nice when you're hanging out in OTR. The building is really small and can get quite crowded during a rush, but otherwise the food is great, the staff has always been kind even when its hard to hear in there. The lemon thyme sandwich and the seasonal teas are always fire!“

“This was my initial visit to the establishment. I opted for a sandwich combo, which featured a sandwich that was quite flavorful, although it was excessively oily. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.“

“I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer.
