“(Tw: this is a bias review) This place is magical? The manager that sings through the kitchen is energetic every time I visit. The lobby is taken care of (most of the time) but the drive thru is slow at times. The food is a little dry or soggy (it varies every week) but the mash potato makes up for it. The sides are probably the best items on the menu beside the specials every month. For maybe some upgrades, they should clean the restrooms better, decrease the price of sides (a large side costs more than a sandwich by itself), and SALT THE FRIES !!!! Im telling yall rn, dont go to the restaurant once it hits 10. Ong it mostly smells horrible, but the food is even worse at that time. (These arent recent events, these happened throughout the year)“

“The staff was welcoming and the table service was to the point. We received our food under ten minutes after ordering, and it was aMaZing! Best food at family friendly prices. We noted a multi-age family - from infant to Grandma - sharing side dishes and enjoying a family feast in this comfortable setting. We'll be back!“

“We went during the off peak hours. Food was still served fresh. Service was still stellar. Dining room was still very clean. Excellent Spicy chicken sandwich. Excellent fries. Excellent location. Excellent staff. EDIT 2025: Super busy. But service was still excellent and food came out hot, fresh and tasty. I got a #2 with large fry and drink and the total was still under $12. What a great value.“

“Great spot. My friends and I stopped in here after a rally and the service was fast and great. I ordered the Buffalo bleu chicken tender sandwich. Was absolutely fantastic. The chicken tenders were really moist not overcooked and there was very little excess bread on it. Highly recommend this place!!!!“

“Consistent as with most other locations. Cashier was new and in training. Person who brought out the food was super nice. Very clean and fast service. A couple of minutes from the interstate, long lights are a thing in Florence. Overall everything you expect from Chick-fil-A. Faster than most other locations, much faster. Didn't eat in the dining room, wasn't crowded, but it was new years day.

“3 fried pickles and no one else in line. I was still asked to pull around to the front door in the way of incoming customers.

The pickles were very good, but pulling around and sitting at the entrance for 5 minutes was ridiculous.“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

I wish some of the combo meals came with more than one side though as I can never really make up my mind on which one I want. “This place knows how to handle a long drive-thru line. Never experienced a fast-food place that had it this figured out. My order is always right, it always moves fast, people are always nice, and food is flippin’ excellent. Just don’t come here on Sundays (they be closed).“

“I decided to head to Kentucky for a little drive. Picked up dinner and headed home. We got an 8 piece meal with macaroni salad. I ordered the original recipe, but when we got home, it was crispy. I don't care for the coating of the crispy, but the chicken itself was good. I haven't had the macaroni salad in a long time, but it seemed like it was missing something. Maybe they changed the recipe. The pasta itself was good.
