Awesome place To eat great service great food and nice clean facility
This place was tried for the first with my daughter. The staff was a young man doing hostess, waiter, bartender and cooking. We waited a short time while he finished with the other patrons and getting them finished to leave. We both got the Bento Box. We did not wait long to place our order and he did get our waters in between. Once our order was placed he was quick on it and our wait was not long. We got fried rice with our boxes. This place is never busy. The food is good. I ate at the hibachi for the first time today and it was odd from other places I've been to. The chef just cooked the food and served it, which is fine for me but if you're looking for showmanship this isn't for you.
The prices are ridiculous. A few years ago the file mignon hibachi was 35 dollars, high for 2022, it's now 45 dollars. Ridiculous price, I suspect that's why this place is never busy; menu prices are high and you...read full review
Shogun Bistro is a hidden gem with amazing food and friendly, helpful staff. Despite some past reputation issues, recent visits have been satisfying. The hibachi grill is a hit with kids, especially with the hilarious and entertaining hibachi cook who makes sure dietary restrictions like shrimp allergies are handled carefully. Families love tossing eggs and rice with the kids—it’s fun for everyone. The sushi is excellent, and portions are very generous, often requiring a to-go box. However, the miso soup lacks tofu and the potstickers sometimes arrive cold. Service can be slow due to understaffing, and prices feel expensive for some dishes like the pork katsu with its unusual sauce.
