Wendy's offers fast food with slow but cheerful service. The drinks machine is poorly designed and dirty, making it hard to use. The portion sizes have decreased over the years, with the taco salad now being more of a snack. The soda fountain area had a bad smell. The parking lot has a massive hole, which is a major issue. Despite this, the food is served warm and the service is rated as one of the best among Wendy's locations.
