“The poor gal working was the only employee for today. She was apologetic, explained the situation, and proceeded to do a fantastic job serving all the customers. The donuts and pastries are superb. Need a fruit cake for Xmas? They have freshly made fruitcakes for sale. They also had bread. I have not tasted their fresh bread, but if it's anything like the donuts, pastries, fritters, etc. then it has to be delicious. They've been in the area as long as I can remember...there's a reason for that.“

“It's been going on awhile but whenever I go to Kroger in Erlanger I have to carefully check the expiration dates on food because they will have items on their shelves that have been expired for weeks! Bought pizza dough a couple weeks ago that had expired in early December. But yesterday I was in a hurry and didn't check the expiration date on an item I was buying,when I got home the expiration date was JULY of 23! Really! This store has in my opinion really been going downhill. I'll have to consider shopping elsewhere if this kind of thing keeps happening.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Chaske and the whole Brown Bear team. Their cinnamon rolls are the best on the planet, and therefore are mine and my (now) husband’s favorite dessert. So when we got engaged and started planning our wedding, we were both crossing our fingers to be able to have Brown Bear cinnamon rolls for our guests — and Chaske made our dreams come true!! The cinnamon rolls were such a hit, and we were delighted to have our favorite dessert for our special day. I can’t thank this team enough for making the magic happen. “Delicious seasonal squash croissant! Perfect perfect perfect. There are a few small tables available inside as well as a bench or two outside the shop. Coffee offerings are also available. Lovely staff. Cute space. Would recommend for breakfast or a quick treat any day of the week!“

“I would never patronize an establishment co owned by Jaci Fantetti. Jaci totalled my cadillac down to my license plate three years ago on her third DUI and when given a sobriety test of which she could hardly stand up said, can't we wrap this up? you can see she's fine (me). she has an active warrant for being cited to court and not showing and was still actively bartending after that. no remorse and could have killed us but we weren't in the car that night (it was parked on the street) She also hit my car so hard going 55 in a 25 that she pushed my car into my daughter's SUV and almost totalled hers. she's had a string of evictions as well. on woodbine Ave in cheviot. look it up for yourself.“

“I love Pixi sweets! They are amazing! I am gluten free out of medical necessity and they are SO SO great about their gluten free/vegan options! Every one of their regular cupcake flavors are available gf/vegan. Every month almost all (if not all) of their monthly special cupcake flavors are gluten free. Whenever I go in and they don't have a cupcake flavor available gluten free due to ingredients they are so helpful and help create a close alternate for me. (For example every March Irish carbomb is not typically gluten free because of beer in the cupcake batter, so they dress up a gf chocolate cupcake for me with the baileys buttercream and I am in heaven!) highly recommend them for all your gf cupcake needs!“

“Just got done with a hot out of the oven pretzel. Wowser! We came for bread to go with an Italian meal, but we also got English muffins. The muffins look tasty, but they are even better than they look. They are the kind of good that if you think of them you might find yourself traveling long distances to go get one. It’s one of those places that sets a bar. Once you’ve been here nowhere else will do.“
