“The poor gal working was the only employee for today. She was apologetic, explained the situation, and proceeded to do a fantastic job serving all the customers. The donuts and pastries are superb. Need a fruit cake for Xmas? They have freshly made fruitcakes for sale. They also had bread. I have not tasted their fresh bread, but if it's anything like the donuts, pastries, fritters, etc. then it has to be delicious. They've been in the area as long as I can remember...there's a reason for that.“

“It's been going on awhile but whenever I go to Kroger in Erlanger I have to carefully check the expiration dates on food because they will have items on their shelves that have been expired for weeks! Bought pizza dough a couple weeks ago that had expired in early December. But yesterday I was in a hurry and didn't check the expiration date on an item I was buying,when I got home the expiration date was JULY of 23! Really! This store has in my opinion really been going downhill. I'll have to consider shopping elsewhere if this kind of thing keeps happening.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Chaske and the whole Brown Bear team. Their cinnamon rolls are the best on the planet, and therefore are mine and my (now) husband’s favorite dessert. So when we got engaged and started planning our wedding, we were both crossing our fingers to be able to have Brown Bear cinnamon rolls for our guests — and Chaske made our dreams come true!! The cinnamon rolls were such a hit, and we were delighted to have our favorite dessert for our special day. I can’t thank this team enough for making the magic happen. “This business is amazing. They came out for a private cookie decorating class to my home. The 8 ladies I had over for the party had the best time. Our instructor was patient and funny and endured all our shenanigans.“

“Just got done with a hot out of the oven pretzel. Wowser! We came for bread to go with an Italian meal, but we also got English muffins. The muffins look tasty, but they are even better than they look. They are the kind of good that if you think of them you might find yourself traveling long distances to go get one. It’s one of those places that sets a bar. Once you’ve been here nowhere else will do.“

“Best cakes I have ever had! This is my family and I’s absolute favorite bakery. They have made my engagement party cake, bridal shower cake, wedding cake, and two birthday cakes. Each time, the cakes are absolutely beautiful and taste amazing. The decorations on the cakes are always beautiful. The first was a white heart shaped cake with vintage-style bordering - right from a Pinterest board. Our wedding cake was two tiered and also vintage styled. They are also so kind! Genuinely cannot say enough good things.“
