“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!“

They have sweet humor and act very kindly to those whom come to the store ( in my experience! ) I have come with my family over 10 times, and it never gets old! The only issue for me is the very loud Atmosphere, but it isn't exactly something they can control, so I think its an amazing store and if you are considering it, please go!“

I chose a medium “Bacon Ranch” thin crust and a medium “Snapperoni” on traditional as variety truly is the spice of life. This was on a Friday night and the pizza arrived within 30-35 minutes, snappy indeed. Things really started looking up when the friendly driver handed me my order and the combined pies had a decent weight to them, in pizza this is always a good sign. Upon initial inspection both pies were hot, had just the right amount of toppings and baked to a perfect golden glow. In fact, for a moment as I simultaneously opened each box I thought I caught the sound of ethereal choir voices harmoniously rising in the background. Without hesitation I grabbed a slice of each and unsurprisingly both were absolutely delicious, tasting just as amazing as they looked. All the toppings were fresh, the cheese chewy and satisfying, and piled upon quality sauce and a perfectly cooked, delicious crust. The taste took me back to the 1980s-90s when, and I’m sorry if you’re too young to have experienced this, our go-to pizza places just tasted better. Rightly so, Snappy Tomato has become my new favorite local pizza place and I will be ordering again. Thanks!“

Their sauces are also well above average with plenty of options across the sweet, savory and spicy range. Cincinnati is full of great restaurants and this one is definitely among the best in the Fried Chicken game. Also when you dine in, in my experience the chicken comes out so hot it burns your fingers, which in my opinion is a good thing, I don't want chicken that's been under a heat lamp and here I've only ever gotten chicken straight from the fryer to my table in what seems like 60 seconds or less. “I would like to thank the gentleman who works at this Papa John”s that helped the young lady who was having car trouble. You are a blessing and you touched so many lives with your humanity.
It’s very hard to find people who will help others.
So, I was at work and my co-worker sister had an issue with her vehicle. She just happened to be at this Papa John”s parking lot. That’s just tip of the iceberg.
So, her car was running hot. She also had a child in the car. My co-worker, was in panic , of course. Not only did she have a child in the car but they had to be to the hospital for a very important appointment.
Y’all, this is how good God is:
My co-worker called this Papa John”s and explained the situation. The car was running hot.
The young man that was working at the time . Went outside and helped.

The moral of the story is not only did the young man help my co-worker sister, but he help the child make it to their appointment, he helped my co-worker and his family by relieving their stress.
God put people in the right places at the right time.
