The self serve soda machine with the billion choices was an unplanned bonus! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and recently went through a renovation. “This was the second year that we had gone to White castles for Valentine's Day. The decorations were beautiful with candles on the table. They served on pink paper plates and chargers. The service was great. The ladies took our order and it was delivered to our table, they refilled our drinks. We plan to go there again next year it's really fun ! They took our pictures and had a banner on the wall that had a place where you could stand up and they would take your picture together.  Tina that works there always makes it fun for everyone and the whole crew.“

“I placed a pickup order and was shocked at how the employees almost avoided the customers. I know they were somewhat busy and only had 4 people working but they just seemed to have other stuff going on and not really concerned with getting customers in and out as quick as possible. The pizza was good but the breadsticks could've used more seasoning. Overall it wasn't bad but just now they are in no rush.“

“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“
