“I know I've reviewed before but I just love this place and I think the people who've done a good job deserve the praise! When I come down to visit this area Papa Johns is just a quick 2 minute walk down the street from me, so it's super convenient to eat here all the time! I've been lucky enough to always see the same people working which I think is a great thing, I like that I can get to know the people making my food! Jamie and Michael have always provided excellent service and perfect food! I have never had a problem and I don't think I ever will! Keep up the good work guys!“

“Took my order the middle of a hurricane warning with half the store not even having electricity. I was down at Pizza Hut for an hour waiting on my food with them running around like chickens without heads. The young man and lady at Little Caesars were taking orders with pen, paper and calculators, still getting the orders out in a very acceptable amount of time. No idea what happened at Pizza Hut but I won't go back.“

“I order 8 pizzas here for a party. Admittedly I did place the order online. The Deals offered were fabulous. With that being said I still received the best customer service I have in years.

I can’t recall his name but a younger gentleman called me 30minutes prior to my pick up time. He wanted to confirm I would still like to place the order. He also wanted to confirm if one of the eight pizzas I had ordered was in fact supposed to be cut in slices. If it weren’t for him I would have missed it because I wanted all of the pizzas sliced as squares.

The pizzas were all cooked to perfection, and topped well. I didn’t feel like I had been ripped off.“

“Stopped in to pick up pizza for my house full of children on a whim. We got TERRIFIC customer service with smiling faces from Dustin and Rebecca. They both had gone above and beyond to make sure they suggested the best deals for the best prices. I can't dote on those two enough. Every single time I've been to that particular store, those specific employees are always willing to help with kindness, and humor along the journey. The pizzas were perfect for my picky eaters. “thank you to the manager who stopped the cashier from skipping my father in line to hold her fresh pizzas for the friends that drove up. We have been coming here since before the location moved. In the last 3 months weve been given cold food. uncut pizzas and one was so misshapen on the dough it fell apart causing a burn . we never complained and just hoped with training the quality would return. Today our food was hot and delicious but it was obvious if not for his intervention my father would have been forced to wait in this heat because SHE wanted to hold it for someone else. So absolutely great food today and thankful. Hoping the standard keeps going up!“

“Lori with management at the Ashland store is AMAZING. When I tell you this woman went above and beyond would be an understatement. I won’t go into to much detail because I know I had a one off incident, but, Lori went above and beyond to help me with a solution and did so quickly! She deserves a raise!!“

My daughters baby shower was today and it started at 10am this lady came in to make all the pizzas early just for me. Now if that isn’t going beyond for customer I do not know what is. “Hadn’t ordered at this location for a while as the quality had dropped dramatically last year. Really glad I decided to order tonight. Was the best Pizza Hut food I’ve had in years! Perfectly cooked, fresh and delivered fast. Wasn’t cheap, but I’d rather pay a little more for good food than pay less for pizza that doesn’t cut it. Whatever you guys are doing, keep up the good work!“

“Consistency is a high mark for this location. They have always been good, both pick up and delivery. As some pizza location's they divulge into grumpy service and degrading quality this location has always been a positive experience no matter what. Keep it up.

Vegetarian options: You can have your pizza made just about any way you want.

Dietary restrictions: If you have restrictions like lactose order your pizza without cheese and no garlic butter crust, I do recommend adding bacon though, the pizza sauce+bacon is amazing.“
