“The absolute best Dunkin’ in Northern KY!!! A.J., and Harry are always soooo nice, and they NEVER EVER GET MY COFFEE WRONG!!!! I don’t think I’d ever go to another coffee shop unless those two just so happened to move to a different one. Lol. Customer service is 10/10, Coffee is 10/10, friendliness, and attitude towards customers is 10/10!!!! Hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for Harry, and A.J. Because if it weren’t for them, I couldn’t start my day the correct way!!!! Lol. Thank you both for being you, and for continuing to serve me proper drinks every single day, and for treating me with respect, and dignity, as if I were an OLD friend. My order is always ready when I order ahead and the staff are so engaging and kind. I love being greeted by the kind faces of the Tuesday morning crew, and whether it is due to my consistent visitation or the name on my order, it’s always nice to be welcomed by name:))“

If anyone had a bad experience call and talk to manager they were amazing

I went inside because the drive thru was backed up
Told the woman whom rung me up I wanted four doughnuts and a chocolate milk doughnuts in a box the lady acted like she didn’t hear me say put them in a box as she proceeded to put them in a bag
She was very rude
Funny cause her name on my receipt says Patience she was a older white lady
She needs fired
Was in there at 921 am
If u don’t like ur job it’s simple find a new one“
