“Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“
“Easter morning was hopping. Sunil was at the register and took my order as fast as I could give it. Quickest of the 3 dunkins near me. Killin it! Obviously the food takes patience as they have to prepare it unlike the coffee and donuts. But great experience overall. Order was 💯 correct also. I usually am missing something at other locations.“
“It's been a while since I've seen a food service operation run this effiently. My sandwich and latte were both excellent & I was pleased with the service & the environment. I see many negative reviews here, but my experience was very good. Someone is paying attention.“

“Sara the manager is amazing and her crew are so nice !! I stop in every morning like clock work @ 5am and i don’t even have to say my order ! She makes my morning just a little bit easier shes and her crew are so patient with my 4 year old yelling in the speaker that early !!!! She and the crew makes my whole experience amazing EVERYDAY !!!!“

“It’s in a gas station so it’s very transient, however if you go there regularly the employees will begin to know you(and if you have a dog they always have a treat for them :) ). Line moves VERY fast in the am so don’t let the line scare you from pulling in…
Parking: Plenty of spots!
Kid-friendliness: No so kid friendly as it is very fast paced and go environment.

“I ordered from this dunkin and quickly popped in to pick it up. The order was ready within 5 minutes and the food was great. Our drinks were made properly, no issue at all, and they were some of best dunkin drinks I've had. Despite how busy it was, good food and good service, I would recommend this place. There's also adequate parking in front of the whole place.“
“I had ordered ahead with the Dunkin Mobile app before pick up through the drive-thru. The line was quite busy as I ended up starting out being like two cars behind the drive-thru speaker when I arrived. It seemed to take a little bit to get through the line, however even when I got up to the pickup window, they had not started my order yet which was only one iced coffee and two donuts. And even after I get up to the pickup window they didn't even know which donuts I had ordered.“
“This Dunkin' Donuts location was inside of a gas station/convenience store. The donuts and coffee I purchased were great! The best part, however, were the two employees that I encountered that provided excellent, superior customer service. This location was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back!“

“Don't sleep on these young people in customer service! Shya at this Dunkin Donuts, a young employee made my day, even though I forgot to stop at the speaker to place my order! She wasn't mad, she took my order with a smile! The coffee was nice and hot and always good! There are still young adults that know how to give excellent customer service! Thank you Shya.“
“I haven't actually been inside the location, but I can vouch for quick and accurate drive-thru experiences.
I order through their app for the occasional coffee or treat and it is always ready when I get there.
Donuts are fine. Not the BEST, but better than many.

“Let me tell you a fun story. A friend of mine worked at a job that was draining them. To get them through the week, they would drop by this dunkin' donuts and pick up a little treat. They started job hunting, and every time they had a lot of interviews or a potential job, they would bring in donuts for their coworkers. Their coworkers would ask what the occasion was. The friend always said that it was because they were about to quit. Turned out, they put in their 2 week notice. This particular location was a part of a wonderful routine. I've always had pleasant experiences. Good food. Quick service. It's a well ran location.“
“Everytime I order my ice coffee it's different either its not enough milk or it's perfect. The service is just the same, either they are really nice or they just don't care enough to have a conversation. Really miss the only manager, she really made the place more lively.“
“Brought my grandson here for a grandparent’s brunch I missed at his school! He insisted on me giving it five stars because it was magnificent and I had no problems doing so because it is! All of the staff was very friendly and I even had a chance to pay it forward to a nice senior citizen who was just out for a couple donuts and some milk!“
“We always love stopping by on the weekends and getting coffee here, especially with our pup. It’s always a good experience however, I do have to get food without cheese on it and more times than not. It still comes out with cheese even though we specify when we order. Just make sure you check before you leave!“
