I enjoy dunkin whenever I have time to go and I usually go to the one near my house but because we were in the neighborhood, I decided to visit this particular location. I did notice that Drive-thru was busy so I decided to go inside. That was busy which I expected with it being in the morning. What I did not expect was the service quality. I absolutely do not understand how you can be in a drive thru for almost 20 minutes. I stopped because I had a few minutes before work, and was stuck in the drive thru so long that now I am 10 minutes late to work and could end up getting written up. Absolutely inexcusable.
Their customer service is awful. Me and my sister waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks and mine still came out wrong. If you want a fun morning drink genuinely do not come here!! My morning is ruined.
