Dunkin' Donuts in West Chester

“I've been a loyal customer to this Dunkin for a very long time. I can say that this is the Best Dunkin I ever been at. The staff is Extremely Nice and they do take pride in their work. I will say, with it being busy on the weekends (Sometimes) it can be very crowded. When you have many cars pulling up and some people walking in and out back and forth (like other customer's) and you have employees trying to serve other people without having to wait a long time, I can say that it's very easy to knock into someone, especially if you have customers coffee and food in your hands. I've even seen some kids just run up to the door and their parents don't do anything about it and they bump into other people. Other than that, I still enjoy coming here on my weekends.“

“I was having a bad day and I forgot my wallet and couldn’t pay for my coffee so the lady at the front gave me my coffee for free because she could obviously tell that I needed it so she said she would cover it not a lot of people will do that these days. Yes it was only two dollars but it made my day a lot better.“

“I have been coming to this Dunkin for a few months now, almost every time I come, there is this wonderful woman, Mary, standing at the window telling everyone to have a great day. Honestly, makes my morning every time even if I’m having a tough week. So genuine I love it. This morning I asked the gentleman at the next window what her name was and he was just as kind too. The staff here is always wonderful. I once ordered a Mango Pineapple Refresher and got a Strawberry Refresher but honestly I wasn’t even mad because of how kin and genuine the staff is. Everyone in the morning crew deserves a raise. Wonderful people. Never going to another Dunkin besides this one.“
