“Really cool intimate bar and venue space. Great drinks. MOTR Burger and fries were OUTstanding. What is it with bars having the best food?! I ain't complaining.
There were metal acts playing - Trash Knight, Eatt and Deady. Coming from Pittsburgh which has an awesome music scene I was really happy to have gotten to listen to these bands, they were awesome. Go to MOTR Pub and check out these bands music!!“
“Honestly, where do I start? The bartenders are patient, kind, and professional. This is the kind of place that can go from slow to packed out in 30 minutes, and the bartenders are never phased. This family owned bar provides great service every single time. Best poured Guinness in Cincinnati easily, beautiful location, and perfect hole in the wall spot! Dare I say best bar in the Cincinnati area? Yes, it is!!!“
“Popped in on Saturday night to see our friends in That One Party Band!! First time there and we had a blast!“

“Typical Covington pub. Very good attention. Variety of drinks and excellent prices. I liked that they served me a drink in a glass glass (unlike their neighbors who only offered plastic glasses, the kind that you grab and your hand sinks in, how horrible!). I recommend!“
“So I’ve never been to Parkland Theatre, wanted to see Twisters and all the theaters around were full so came across their site and decided to give it a try. We had the whole place to ourselves! Ed the owner was great! Showed the boys a bunch of Reds memorabilia from his bat boy days. We had a few drinks and boys played darts while we waited for the movie. We got 4 movie tickets, a large pizza, bucket of popcorn, 2 sodas, pretzal with cheese, and an order of chicken nuggets. It was only $65! Cinemark would have been $54 just to see the movie. We definitely will be back! We don’t do movies often, but it is nice to see a movie on the big screen and not need a loan to do so and to support a small local business is a plus! Highly recommend!!“
“Have ended many a night here over the span of many years, this place may not have the trendiest drinks nor the hippest crowds, but it has real people happily working and patronizing. A real gem, old Cov as it gets! Beautiful back bar, perhaps the most gorgeous in all of Kenton Co. Serves 7oz Little Kings, that says it all. Don't change a damn thing! Okay, maybe the name...“

“I didn't order food from here but the drinks were great, friendly bartender and all around a comfortable place to have a drink and chill after a long day. Has plenty of seating, music playing and a couple pool tables if you want to play. There is also some kind of lottery machine so you can play the lottery. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this establishment.“

“Think about your favorite comfort food. Do you feel that? That is exactly what it is like eating the Scottish/British version. Whether it be fish and chips, bangers and mash, or one of their delicious soups. The vibe is a pub atmosphere but the food is like a warm blanket.
Parking: There are many paid parking lots within walking distance.“

“We dined here as a large group for a working dinner. Usually the service for this type of setting is understandably babe minimum. That was not the case here. The servers were outstanding, organized, efficient and very friendly! Very impressive and appreciated. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the German Sausage Platter which was an Avril Bleh bratwurst, beer baron sausage, brussels sprouts, applekraut, garlic mashed potatoes, whole grain mustard demi. This dish was hearty, savory and good to the last bite. We tried a few different beers here. I will say their German style beers are very good and well done. The Emancipator Dopplebock was my favorite here. Id stay away from the more American styles like the IPA's. The Juicy Press IPA was truly awful. Thank you Moerlein for a great dinner and excellent service!“

“A quiet and welcoming little nook nestled amongst all the glitter of nearby franchises it offers a simple and inexpensive menu. We were greeted quickly upon arrival and offered our choice of seating. Bartenders and waitstaff introduced themselves and genuinely inquired about how your day has been. If you’ve been here before they remembered you. Dinning was relaxed and easygoing, no rush to order or pressure to upsell you. Food arrived quickly presented simply but attractively. Prices are reasonable and much lower than surrounding venues. Thanks for a really good experience Ian. Anytime I’m in Cincinnati I’ll be coming back.“

“Yummy drinks, friendly service!“
“My favorite new neighborhood bar! Very reasonably priced beer and mixed drinks. Warm cozy feel and a spacious outdoor patio. Karaoke on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Plenty of parking. They have some appetizers that are very good for a small bites menu. Mitch, Elizabeth and April are all great friendly bartenders always up for conversation. They have a ample televisions and will honor your request to put on whatever games are happening currently. Stop in! Right near the CSX train trestle on Pike Street.
Vegetarian options: They offer air fried chicken wings, jalapeno poppers, potato wedges etc
Parking: Plenty of street parking for free meters are turned off at that time I usually arrive. Parking lot across the street as well.“

“Great bar for local live music every night (especially the blues), including open mic Tuesdays. Almost all shows are free (generous tips much appreciated).
There's a rich history and great story about the bar and building it's in. Lots of cool photos of musicians plus Marilyn Monroe and other classic era celebrities).
The bar was full of friendly music lovers and bartender Kyle was awesome - made me feel right at home.
They have a patio and you can get food too. It's also a short walk from Newport on the Levee.“

“My wife and I were out shopping in Crestview Hills and decided to stop by The Pub afterward. The location couldn’t be more convenient, tucked right into the shopping center, and it’s a refreshing alternative to the usual chain spots that lack personality. Walking in, you truly feel like you’ve been transported straight to the UK—this place has that authentic vibe down to a tee.
The staff here are fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. We weren’t super hungry, so we decided to split a regular fish and chips. They were kind enough to plate it separately for us, which is one of those small gestures that really elevates the experience.
For drinks, they offer a few local brews, but I’d recommend going for the imported options. They know their stuff, and the selection feels like a real UK pub experience. If you’re after something unique that won’t break the bank, definitely give this place a try. It’s a hidden gem that stands out in a sea of chain restaurants!“

“We set Beefs as our playoff destination last Bengals season, decided to do the Super Bowl at home, you know the outcome. Won't make the same mistake this year. it has been a great playoff. Can't say enough about Beefs, food is always fresh, hot and affordable. ALL staff members are extremely efficient and friendly. Beer is ice cold and cheaper than every other pub we visit. The best fish and chips I have ever eaten and the wings are phenomenal! AFC Championship Sunday....WHO DEY!! The loudest table at Beefs when our Bengals are on.“
