Horrible curbside pickup, inexperienced employees and supervisors, they don’t offer delay notifications, wait 30 minutes with no help at all go inside to pick up employees and supervisor standing around and then told they don’t know anything about my order and can’t tell me anything. Time slot was 4-5 it’s 6:13 pm and I still don’t have my order or an estimated time. I don’t go here for most food as a single person without kids, but what I do go here for is a great deal and staff are very professional.

Terrible customer service. I received a $100 gift card in the mail from my sister for my birthday and when it arrived I called to make sure it was activated in case it was a card that you have to manually activate. It stated the card was inactive and still wouldn’t let me activate it so I went up there tonight around 5:45pm and went to membership services to see if they could help.
