“I met this guy named Daniel and he was an amazing customer service representative I'm the assistant manager at Burger King and he made me feel very welcome after I went to the mall road location and they couldn't even remember my order through the speaker and then when I asked them to hold on so that I can find out what I would like on the menu they decided that they couldn't hear me there was games played it seems like the mall road location who is drunk on the 4th of July and I really appreciate the service from Daniel at the turfway location for completing my order getting it correct and having the time to talk to me thank you Daniel for working on the 4th of July I'm being a good sport about your position“
“Love their kiosks... Able to customize your food, had no clue all of the different options for a nacho bel-grande... Game changer!!! You can add all of the extras, cheese, onion, jalapenos, ? s, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, turned an otherwise plain nacho into something delicious!!! Oh, and ask for your chips on the side!!! No more soggy chips!!!“
“I went through the drive thru, they were fast! I got in and out in about 2 minutes including ordering. Food was correct, hor, more cheesy then any other taco bell, and the crww were super nice and caring! Best taco bell ive been to.
Vegetarian options: Almost anything can get beans instead of meat. Power bowls are awesome, i fail to see how anyone whoses vegetarian would struggle to eat here.
Dietary restrictions: I have heart restrictions, just have to watch the sodium, but the gf is diabetic and she eats here fine.
Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: No play place that i saw but i went through the srive thru. But very kid friendly over all. Caring team!

“My whole order was totally messed up, which I was really bummed, as I live in Cincinnati, and am never up in Florence…. but the one highlight is when I called and a gentleman name Tayquan Freeman, I believe, answered the phone and he literally was exceptionally accommodating with my needs.
I’m so grateful that he is willing to take care of me when I come back there next time.
But what impressed me the most was the whole conversation and how he made me feel heard, remembered my name and really was accommodating for when I plan to come up there, which is once every two weeks.
Forget the quality of the food, the service that took place, specifically by Mr. Freeman, is what makes me want to come back.“
