“Well I had an issue where I got a Beefy 5 layer and it was smaller than my soft taco. I had order extra meat too. Well I called up Shariyan was the manager on duty she made no fuss I told her I took pictures. She then said I had a credit. I went back the next day Shariyan and Joe there was one more girl but they were all great. They took car of it and made me a mini baby sized burrito for my troubles. Thanks guys.“

You can add all of the extras, cheese, onion, jalapenos, ? s, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, turned an otherwise plain nacho into something delicious!!! Oh, and ask for your chips on the side!!! No more soggy chips!!!“
“My wife and I ordered 21 dollars worth of food thru the drive thru this evening!! Everything was on point ! Fast, friendly and efficient!! Good was so good !! Everything in the bag was made well! Even put in straws, napkins and sauce!!

“Hit the drive through here, the guy at the window was nice but he didn't hand me my food out of the window. He told me to pull up and I assumed he meant to pull up to the second window. But there was no second window. Then after a few minutes he came outside the Taco Bell with the food. Especially weird since I saw him hand food out to the people that were in front of us. Aside from that the cantina chicken burrito I got was actually fire, the bean burrito was not though it was microwaved and the beans tasted really bad. Not worth $6.46. also it was microwaved inside the paper wrapping so when I got it it was stuck to the paper and I had to peel the paper off of the burrito. Which was kinda gross and the paper was covered in cheese and oil. Could have been worse for sure but it's Taco Bell so what can you expect.
Still confused why bro came outside instead of handing the food through the window. There must have been a good reason.“
