“Stopped in here while on base visiting family, got some great Frappuccinos and breakfast. Friendly staff, good food, there were a lot of flies in the building and no air ? I felt bad for employees, hopefully they will get it fixed for them.“

However, they often will have orders listed as "ready" on their display monitor when they're not. Have patience and understand they're doing their best!“

They are very knowledgeable of their drinks and make great recommendations when I'm not sure what to order. I bring my dogos here to get them a pup cup and the staff is always so friendly and compliments the dogos. Great place to sit down and study or just stop by real quick when on the go. I mentioned to him I wanted to try out their pumpkin seasonal drinks and he got me two - Iced Pumpkin Caramelious and Iced Pumpkin Chai. He is so sweet 🥹 and I am so happy to drink this delicious ice coffee. The Iced Pumpkin Caramelious is so good!“

“I'm visiting from Detroit. I can't say it's the best food I've ever had, but definitely delicious. I recommend the classic Italian sandwich. The barista was flexible on what she could make and had fantastic customer service.
The cafe is beautiful. Perfect for a romantic or professional lunch. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite. At least grab some tarts!

“This is definitely probably my new favorite place to eat breakfast lunch and dinner great portions fair prices delicious food and amazing staff. They have my favorite chips selection out of any deli sub restaurant. I couldn’t give more high prices for this place and the authenticity of it. This is the best hole in the wall, hands-down. “First time at the Colonel Florence A. Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and was very impressed with the quality of this little coffee shop. My husband and I both ordered the Large Iced English Toffee Latte and a New York-style Everything Bagel. The latte was very well balanced between sweet and savory with excellent tasting espresso. The bagel was crispy on the outside and warm and toasty on the inside with Philadelphia cream cheese as an optional addition.

This shop is a vast improvement from the typical Starbucks, Dunkin’ and/or William the III coffee shops on most military installations. The baristas were friendly, courteous, and — unlike the chain coffee shops — did not overload the iced drinks with too much ice and sugary syrup.

The shop is vegan-friendly with milk alternatives: oat milk, soy milk, and almond milk.“

I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it.
