“? that Louisiana taste. Really love the popcorn shrimp, mash potatoes/gravy. Also like the dirty rice & cinnamon apple pies.Service during 2 visits good/unsatisfactory: 1st time staff very friendly/helpful & patient; 2nd time staff unattentative. Stood there 5 minutes waiting to order while staff stood off to side talking/laughing among selves. 1 looked straight at me then turned & continued to talk to peer.Asked about an item listed that after doing so learned they no longer carried it. Staff was kinda "short/snippy" with me when explaining why they didn't have item in question (did not ask her to explsin). Overlooked it because I figured she was just having a bad day as I'm sure everyone has had @ 1 time or another. These visits occurred 6+ months ago. Have not been back.“

“Brandenburg location- I've had the oysters, frog legs, and catfish. All were excellent in both taste and price! Their fries are the best I've had and are seasoned perfectly. The girl who served our food and ran the register was a very hard worker. Highly recommend!“

“I was told by the manager after receiving a phone call about my complaint about my order the night before. she wanted to go back months and asked me if I ever had to go to the hospital. I told her I was talking about the issue the night before she kept wanting to divert off of the incident the night before and would never address the issue. I was asked not to come back to the store because of allergy issues which to me sounds like discrimination. no business should ever turn away someone because of something out of their control and that was the allergies that I even have an EpiPen for because the prior manager was really awesome about it he would give me all clean utensils to avoid my allergy I never once had an issue when he was there not once but now I'm having an issue here and was asked not to come back not professional.“
