He made it like a Macchiato & had the drinks confused. Huge difference in the end product and end taste.“

“I have always enjoyed having a Dunkin within walking distance of my Army schools on Fort Knox. In my opinion, Dunkin is better in every way compared to Starbucks, i.e., you get more for your money, the coffee doesn't taste burnt, etc. Starbucks is also not in a short walking distance for those who are not fortunate to have cars. My favorite drink to order is an iced Americano with lite ice, and Dunkin actually gives you lite ice, unlike Starbucks, which takes away 4 pieces of ice :), then looks at you like why you complaining 😄. You want an easy pick me up, try Dunkin' at this location, and order ahead on the app to save time!“

“I shop at this store daily and I must say something has changed. I don't normally make it a point to go online and write reviews however I feel this is something I need to shout out. The store has always been an ok experience. I have had it take a while to get my order and I've had my order be wrong. Within the past few weeks the energy has changed. My orders are flying out the window to me, the orders are 100% accurate and the customer service has been top notch. Everyone seems to be happy there and it really trickles all the way down to the customer. Thank you so much Starbucks for starting my day off great everyday!“

“Went in and tried the Chicken Big Mac meal. It was all good, but the chicken didn't really seem fresh, in that it wasn't hot, but it had the potential to be better. I hate the kiosks and having to waste time figuring it out, while a server can punch in and get the order rolling quicker than I can. Also, it seems they are more prioritized to windows orders, and you're a second-class customer that they really don't have time for. Just an observation.
Parking: There are about 8 spaces that are 1/2 full reserved for pick-up (i.e., Door Dash, then, 5 Handicapped spaces, then, about 5 spaces for dine in or pick up that may have 1 space open (I'm sometimes lucky, but if not, I'll go elsewhere to eat).“

“I love Starbucks coffee. We went there yesterday so the kids could play in their small Park area. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is their restrooms were "out of order". That might not be a 'biggie' normally, but with small children and grandmas it is.“
