“Super fast and friendly service! I ordered a delivery and it arrived within less than 30 minutes. The food was cooked to perfection and the toppings were crisp and fresh. The delivery driver was very kind and professional as well. This will definitely be my go-to pizza spot from now on.“
“Charming old world home with Sicilian brick oven! The team was wonderful and very friendly. I travel frequently and always seek out small brick oven pizza's to try. I am excited to say that this is now my new favorite! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the crust is outstanding! It is an easy walk from Newport Aquarium, which means I will be going again and again. The cannoli pie is a great way to finish up the meal and will not disappoint. The owners were there and engaging and so welcoming!“
“We got the lasagna bites and potatoes to share, and we cleaned the plate clear. The rigatoni vodka was heavenly, and I had enough to take some home. The baked ziti was huggge, and could be added to the secondis in my opinion. The potatoes were definitely the top choice for all of us. I love this place! The staff is amazing, each table has an adjustable light, and it's always such a wonderful experience. We always make a reservation just to be safe!“
“Was pleasantly surprised with the small, but quaint local place. The staff and owners were very friendly and the pizza was fantastic. We enjoyed the Bellevue and the Chardonnay pizza and a big shout out too for the homemade dressings with both the Caesar and Caprese salads.“
“After a few disappointing visits to "best holiday brunch" spots we decided to check out someplace under the radar - our radar at least. I am a sucker for Italian food and Via Vite was having an Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet. Seems like a no brainer to me. We placed our reservations on Open Table and were charged a 50% hold fee for the reservation. With so many people no-showing on reservations these days, this makes sense to me. We arrived just before our time and were quickly shown to our table. The server was prompt and before you know it, we were heading for food. The buffet was not large, but if the items were good, there's no need for volume. Quality over quantity every day. The food was exceptional for holiday meal. The pasta and gnocchi dishes were fresh and tasty. The breakfast dishes were excellent. Fresh scrambled eggs, not powdered eggs. The French toast was made with Italian bread with added an unexpected and pleasant twist to the classic breakfast item. The bacon was butcher cut and perfectly chewy - at least perfect for me. I know some people like it crunchy. There was also roasted strip steak, carved on demand, and perfect little desert cups. The menu said salmon, but I did see it, maybe I missed it. It doesn't matter, I was highly satisfied. We will return. My only real complaint has ZERO to do with the restaurant, the parking at Fountain Square was $9, flat rate. NINE DOLLARS for 90 minutes. I thought the purpose of 3CDC was to support businesses within the CBD and OTR. Over priced parking will deter people from coming downtown for something less formal. If you want to grab lunch say at CityBird, the parking will cost you more than a sandwich. Nonsense.“
“4.5 stars rounded to 5. I haven't had their regular pizza, only the tavern style on Mondays--but WOW. It is SO good. By far it's the best pizza of this style in the city. I haven't had this style pizza of this quality since I moved back to Cincinnati from northern Indiana. The pepperoni is excellent. The reason why I took off half a star is because I do feel it's a little pricey for what you get. Thin crust pizza doesn't stretch far, and the pizza is only 14 inches. The quality is worth it, but the price means I don't order as often as I would like.“
“We ordered carryout on Sunday around their 12pm opening. The food was ready quickly and hot. We ordered:1. Cheese bread - this was probably in the top 5 of my favorite cheesy breads. The flavors paired with the texture of the bread and cheese perfectly. (7/5 ?)2. Traditional style ? - this kids enjoyed this, and as the cheesy bread, great flavors. (4.5/5 ?)3. Chicago deep dish style chicken parmesan pizza - we thoroughly enjoyed this unique spin. It was delicious. (7/5 ?)4. Chicago deep dish style meat lovers pizza - if you love meat focused pizza pies this one's for you. Overall, it was pretty good, but I like some veggies in pizza. (4/5 ?)If I am in the area this would be a go to pizza place. When we return we will be trying the more traditional toppings on the Chicago style deep dish.“
“Awesome pizza and awesome service! Unfortunately tonight there was a situation with a very rude customer who was making it very difficult for the employees to help everyone. However, the employees that night handled it beautifully. Shoutout to Brandon who handled the situation greatly, defending both his coworkers and customers when they were being berated at by the unnerved customer. This was an awesome place and would definitely come back when I’m in the area again :)“
“Great pizza and phenomenal people! The people are very personable and a pleasure to talk with. Some of the best pizza I've had throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and west Virginia. The cookies and canolis are fantastic as well! Definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed!“
“Had dinner at Subito on Saturday night and Gina’s service was exceptional. I was there with two girlfriends, and she provided great recommendations and was a pleasure to talk to. The Short Rib Campanelle was awesome. The food / wine and atmosphere were good and we really enjoyed ourselves, but Gina made our experience.“
“The food is always great here you can get pizzas, hoagies and even spaghetti. You can get different types of hoagies such as hoagies with mushroom sauce or pizza sauce or just a hoagie with pizza sauce and cheese . I have got food here for many years. You will really like this place and their foodWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that can take you up to the door to get in.“
“Went around 5pm on a Sunday, parking was absolutely packed but we were seated immediately inside. Outside patio had a wait of around an hour, but we could still enjoy the view from our table next to the windows. Service was good and the prices are about standard for a restaurant like this. Food was enjoyable, I had a burger and my girlfriend had a chicken sandwich and both tasted great. I also enjoyed the fries and the Chipotle coleslaw which was a good touch to both meals.“
“Best damn pizza in the tristate area. I've never had a bad experience, and I always regret not getting multiple pies at a time. Amazing crust, fresh sauce and not overly greasy like a lot of other places around here. A bit expensive but it's worth it, I promise.“
“Went on 2/10/24. We had a blast. The service was great, the food out of this world, and the atmosphere welcoming. I got the chicken wrap, and it never disappoints. My husband got the calzone, and loved it.We were laughing a LOT but the servers were nice about it. We were having a great time.We are from central Kentucky and go to Newport a couple times a year for a getaway.Stop in and get yourself some great food and great service!“
“Like the other location this Forno delivers every single time. The food is predictably delicious and the menue is fresh and bright. Let's talk about the tripe... the tomato sauce with it is the star and should be bottled for sale immediately. The gnochi is great. The artichoke soup is splendid. The pasta are all fantastic.“
“What a charming place! The food here is absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoy the sausages and mashed potatoes; they blend together in perfect harmony. I hope more people discover this hidden gem for German cuisine ?????Kid-friendliness: So lovely that the waiter gave our kid an ice cream ?“
“Me and my dad went here before going to the Cincinnati FC soccer game. We were recommended this place on reddit and it did not disappoint. We got the eggplant stack and shared a Detroit style spinach pizza. Highly recommend if you want to get some great pizza in downtown Cincinnati.“
“We did a pick up, but even that the staff checked on us several times to make sure we were taken care of and you can view the kitchen. My son found it amazing watching them throw pizza dough. Most importantly, the food was incredible! They also offer gluten-free options for, some people in my family who need that.“
“So worth the drive, we had the deep-dish meat and it was awesome, sauce is really good. Definitely have to make return trip, the dessert looks great.Kid-friendliness: They do not have kid size drinks I'm guessing unless you get a kids meal“
“A great place to go for a group hangout with good food. Pizza and cheesy bread are delicious but the fried pickle chips were disappointingly soggy. The dipping sauce that comes with them is really good though. The outdoor patio is huge and heated with a variety of games. We had a great time!“
“Such a cool pizza restaurant! The vibe was fun and upbeat. We ordered take out, only took 25 minutes during the dinner rush and the pizza was delicious! We had the Pacific Rim minus the jalapeños, it was full of fresh flavor and had a sweetness to it. Boys loved their cheese pizza. The workers were really nice and talked with us. Recommend!“
“So, unlike every other Cincinnatian, I have mixed feelings on the pizza. It's definitely very yummy! But it doesn't blow me away. HOWEVER the jalapeño poppers are literally to die for. They are some of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. Especially when they have jus the right amount of heat, with a crispy shell on the outside. Sometimes I go here just to get the poppers after a long day. The servers and hosts are always friendly. What makes this 4 stars for me is I just don't love bars or restaurants with this type of vibe. It isn't my preference. But if you do like more traditional American venues, I'm sure you will love it here.“
“I made an error in my previous rating. This place is awesome 5 stars is an understatement. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food, all while providing speedy and friendly service! Couldn't ask for a better experience.Kid-friendliness: YES“
“A great warm inviting speakeasy lounge industrial hybrid of a bar right above Goodfellas pizza shop. Grab a slice of pizza and a giant breadstick from below and head upstairs where they have incredible craft cocktails for reasonable prices in a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere with seating anywhere from couches to a classy bar to regular tables that can be pushed together to accommodate larger groups and an outdoor space! The bartenders are always extremely kind, knowledgeable, and great at crafting serious drinks of any sort. We love coming here for low key quality drinks and a quiet warm atmosphere with a touch of leather and wood and class to the air!“
“Been here several times and it's always been great! Done eat in, and take out and haven't had a complaint. Meatball hoagie is delicious and so are the pizzas! If you're in ask for the specials because it's bound to be delicious. The jalapeño popper pizza was awesome. And the staff is always friendly“
“Good food and good prices! Very family friendly, but also great for adults. I loved my buffalo wings, and the Rumpke mountain nachos are da bomb! Friendly and attentive staff. There are lots of tvs to watch, and very spacious and cozy inside.UPDATE: I have to say, the service is still awesome! We had a tornado warning and we were ushered into the coolers and bathrooms. The kitchen and walk-in was spotless! They definitely have an amazing clean kitchen!“
“Our family has always loved Dewey’s!! In the past year though the pizzas seem underdone when we’ve gotten them at the restaurant or done carry out…it makes us question now whether the price difference ($24-$28 for a Dewey’s vs $10-12 for a “chain pizza” ) is worth it! We love the service…top notch always; atmosphere is great; it’s really the pizza that has maybe changed…maybe a new cooking method?? Just being transparent!!“
“Amazing pizza! We were in Cincinnati fir a conference and LARosas was with walking distance of our hotel. fantastic choice! their pizza was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. they even let us split a pie with two of their special pizzas....the Buddy and the Florentine Focaccia. So good! definitely recommend.“
“Went in on a Saturday with my wife and sat at the bar. They were just finishing up a rush but the bartender Jonathan took excellent care of us. He was clearly overworked when we sat down but took our drink order and got them to us very quickly (the Old Fashioned way amazing). I ordered pizza, my wife the Reuben, both good, pizza was better. We will definitely go back soon.“
“First time here and wow! Pleasantly surprised by the food, atmosphere, and the service. The chefs in the kitchen all wear comically oversized hats! I got a calzone and it was HUGE! Very tasty with a side of yummy marinara (not like the sweet stuff larosas has). Reasonably priced and good drinks!“
“I dig a gyro it use to be all men and there ora was no instructions until they understood the assignment and added a female me personally I like my gyro separate so I try not to make waves , but I still need to know who's meat is that? If it's a combination GOOD JOB but who's and why? and if it's on a Spit why do you slice it and cook it MORE ?“
“Ordered pick up pizza and breadsticks. Got the pepperoni in paradise. The food was good for the price although there weren't many pepperonis on the pizza. Pizza was ready when I arrived 20 minutes after ordering. I would go again to eat inside.“
“Everything was delicious! Apps, salad and pizza! Cocktails were tasty and the wine menu is superb! Will definitely be back! We enjoyed a fun girls night out and shared everything we ordered - we loved the Cacio E Pepe, Caesar and another salad (not sure which one it was), and we ordered a variety of 3 pizzas - pepperoni Diavola - both great but my favorite was Funghi, Excellent service! Such a nice time!“
“The vibe during a Bengals game was crazy. Seemed a bit under staffed for it though - had some minor trouble getting service. Great TV angles and we liked our food. Pizza is pretty standard though so I'd go for burgers or other menu items instead.“
“These fellas were slammed in a Friday night. My order accidentally got given away to another customer. These things happen the staff remade the entire $70 order and we're so nice about everything. What good customer service should be! Great food!“
“Omg I entered thru the wrong door but to my surprise it wasn't a big deal they had the warmest welcome I've gotten in a long time and not like Moe's where they shout without looking up these kind down to earth people made me feel like I was part of there team. Even joked about me just working there since I entered where the drivers do. Lol!! Loved it!“
“Tried this place after being in Florence for 3 years. Honestly, one of the best pizza places in town and it is soo underrated. The NYC-style pizzas are amazing. The service is great and Alan was amazing! The place got everything right - food, ambiance, and service. Make sure to take card or cash as they do not have Apple or Google pay“
“Wow! How amazing is this team!?! Thank you so much Thomas for the spectacular pizza flipping skills..my 7 year old thinks you are just the coolest! Dave and Tim, you both were so awesome and made us feel so welcome here! What a fun and engaging crew! We will definitely be back ✌️“
“It was a nice place to stop in for lunch. The service was good and quick. The food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed watching the pizza making process. They even went to watch after we ordered while we waited for our food to arrive at the table.“
“I’ve been coming here for a couple years. It is a gem of a place. You cannot find better food for this price downtown or anywhere else in general. Every member of the team there is very friendly and has nailed customer service. Today I was inspired to write this review because I saw the chef making some French toast. He was treating the motions with so much care, attention, and grace, it was like watching an artist at work. It is clear the people here take pride in their work, and you can taste it. Cincinnati is lucky to have this place!“
“Everything I've ever ordered from NYPD has been excellent, whether it was from Cheviot or Delhi where I get it from now. Their grilled chicken hoagies are mouth watering good and the wings are as good as any if not better than any other around town, we're lucky to have a rock solid pizza parlor like NYPD in our town.“
“LaRosa's has the best pizza menu in Northern Kentucky. We wanted to order a pizza, $20+ instead we ordered (2) calzones and one Steak hoagie, all of them were so good, hot, cheesy, pizza sauce was awesome ?. $24.Come join us @LaRosa's Tri- Fecta, off Taylor Mill Rd, Ky.. The carry out staff were pleasant, they quickly had my online order ready. I would recommend LaRosa's Pizza to any pizza ? lover. They had a great coupon for our meal, downloaded LaRosa's app.Parking: Easy to get in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to maneuver, doors open wide.“
“This place was great. We've had the delivery many times which is always awesome. But tonight we decided to dine in, and I'm so glad we did! The service has been phenomenal. Such a great experience. And the bathrooms were emasculate! Will definitely be dining in again!“
“Monday they have their large Italian Chef salads on a special, so I got one for my boyfriend and me. I don't particularly like their house Italian. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just too sweet for me, but all my friends love it. I've been loving Papa Dino's for over 22 years (a few years after I moved to the area) and it's the closest thing to Chi-town pizza. (Sorry Cincy, I don't like your La-pizza sauce) I've been hoping they'd come out with a deep dish, but sadly they have not, but if they ever do, it'll be awesome.Kid-friendliness: Can easily bring children, but not much for them to do but great to start a family traditionWheelchair accessibility: Can easily wheel a wheelchair in and out of the restaurant. Maneuvering into a bathroom might pose a problem“
“Extremely friendly and prompt staff. I got the special that they offer every day which is $10 for 2 slices of pizza, a salad and a fountain drink. They have a new marinara sauce recipe and new dough recipe, both are delicious. Definitely will be back.“
“I got one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and the best part was they have really good vegan cheese. I got the Old Schooler with vegan mozzarella and it was awesome. I didn't think black pepper sounded like a good idea for a pizza, but it's genius! It's been challenging finding a place with good vegan cheese. Normally I just get pizza without cheese, so thank you for offering such a delicious vegan option! Also, it was ready exactly when they said it would be.Vegetarian options: It's easy to substitute meat and dairy for vegan or vegetarian ingredients.“
“So good. I get their chicken tenders fries. Also the rice bowl is really good as well.Vegetarian options: I like the rice bowl. You can have it made however you want. I always get white rice, black beans, cheese, queso, and corn. You can turn it into nachos if you like. I recommend getting the Chios on the side. It's so big and to save some for later. Chips on the side for sure. Big portion.Parking: There are a few spots out front. Or make your own while u run in and grab food. I've never had trouble parking. It's in the same parking lot as sunoco gas station.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, concrete ramp. No stairs.“
“Came here for the first time and found a new favorite! Brandy was our waitress and her attitude, promptness and care was beyond expectations. The food was quick, hot and delicious! We ordered cheese curds, preztels sticks and a pepperoni pizza, all which had amazing flavors! Can't wait to come back again!“
“The service is great! We love the food and the atmosphere! Great for families.Vegetarian options: You can ask for vegetarian dishes, but don't really need to. You can make just about anythere vegetarian.Parking: Lots of parking every time I go.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid-friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a place on the pavement that is even with the road for wheelchairs to access.“
“Canporosso always does a fantastic job with their wood fired pizza. It's the closest thing to real Neapolitan pizza in the area. Service was very good and the atmosphere is like a local pub. Usually crowded for dinner, but worth the wait.Parking: Only about 20 spaces available behind the building so finding a place can be difficult.“
