The service was wonderful, the owners are so kind, radiating joy and passion. Everything I’ve had here is amazing. The cookie dough is nostalgic, the ice cream is creamy and perfectly sweet. Don’t even get me started on the shakes! They’re some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of coffee even but the Java whip knocked my socks off! The atmosphere is the cherry on top, eclectic, cute, and inviting. If I could, I’d be there everyday!“

“This place has become a summertime staple in our household. It’s a perfect soft serve, and the hard shell is a must for me. I came here when I was a kid when it was a bakery. And I love bringing my kids here now as an adult. Love to support small businesses in my neighborhood. “The young man who waited on my mom and I this afternoon was great. He was patient as my mom made a decision after I read some choices for her. Her dementia makes it hard for her to make simple choices, but the young man was very patient and show no signs of rushing us or being aggravated in waiting. Luckily no one else was in line. “What a cute little shop! After a nice spicy meal at The Gatherall, ice cream hit the spot. The have custom made metal sampling spoons and every scoop comes with a chunk of waffle cookie. The Honey Vanilla was AMAZING. Not huge portions, but they don't need to be because the flavor carries it. It is going to sound funny, but take a minute to read the napkin! Enjoyed it A LOT! 😋“

“I love Graeter’s ice cream to begin with. This location is very large a lot of seating and there is a children’s play area. However, the parking is very limited. Also has a drive-through option. Everything is reasonably priced and very tasty. I highly recommend the boldly bear cat. You can buy ice cream and other tasty treats. I saw some cakes too.“

“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“This is a chain ice cream store in the Crestview Hills outdoor shopping center. They have all of ice cream essentials like chocolate, vanilla, etc as well as some crazier options such as the one I tried. It was the Birthday Cake Remix. It comes with cake batter ice cream, brownie, fudge, and of course rainbow sprinkles. I didn't really get much birthday cake effect but the brownie and fudge more than make this a delicious treat. Even better I got it in a waffle cone which was crispy, tasty, and delectable. While there are more exciting local dessert joints this is always a solid choice.“

My go to is the Cookie Monster Sundae! I don't see it on every Graeters menu, but I see it here, and it's my favorite! We love the atmosphere and bench seating outside!

“This is a dandy little half Dunkin Donuts half Baskin Robbins in a little strip mall close to Buttermilk Pike. This location specializes in ice cream it seems so that's what I went with (besides ice cream.) I went with the most unique flavour I could find; Bubblegum. It was ultra sweet as you might expect with definite bubblegum flavour there. They also had small little jellybean like candies inside the ice cream to add even more bubblegum taste. I got the two scoops in a sugar cone to finish a very sugary but delicious dessert. Thumbs up.“

Parking: Parking lot can get congested at times, and people backing out usually have a treat to contend with. So, be extra cautious when parking and leaving the lot.“
