“Hands down best experience I have ever had a Texas Roadhouse or any other restaurant! Jerry is hands down the best waiter I’ve ever had! He went above and beyond to make sure we never had a half empty glass, rolls were always on the table. Food was 10/10! Best Texas Roadhouse in the country! Highly recommended Jerry!”

“I learned last evening that I needed to provide 25 lunches for a meeting today. I visited the store about 8:30 this AM and spoke with Sam. I promised the 25 box lunches by 11:30 but called at 10:30 to say they were ready. The boxes contained sandwich, chips, cookie, condiments and napkins- all I needed. Sam had them bagged up and ready for my transport. Great service and complete lunch box!”

My ONLY gripe is when I put money in the jukebox to listen to my kind of music for a little relaxation, they won't turn it up high enough for me to halfway hear it, but wth, I just shouldn't put money in the jukebox, so it's my own fault. Once I asked for, and got, it turned up, only to have someone complain, so they turned it back down lol...my fault, but I love them anyway so I'm giving them a four”

“I've I've been going to this place for a long time. The manager Michael had a big order I was impatient because I had to wait a moment. I think Michael is an upstanding manager6 his demeanor was professional and he kept his calm and stayed cool. I give him an AA Plus. And I love my Whopper plan with iced coffee.”

“After driving 40 minutes to the Bright location to be told that they were closing early for a party (on a Friday night), we called the Ft. Wright location to verify their hours. So after another 40 minute drive we arrived at this location. The staff was very friendly! They continued to put out fresh pizzas even with our arrival 30 minutes prior to the buffet closing. Thank you Ft. Wright Snappy Tomato! The food was delicious and we greatly appreciate your friendly staff after the incident at the Bright location.”
