My ONLY gripe is when I put money in the jukebox to listen to my kind of music for a little relaxation, they won't turn it up high enough for me to halfway hear it, but wth, I just shouldn't put money in the jukebox, so it's my own fault. Once I asked for, and got, it turned up, only to have someone complain, so they turned it back down lol...my fault, but I love them anyway so I'm giving them a four“

“After driving 40 minutes to the Bright location to be told that they were closing early for a party (on a Friday night), we called the Ft. Wright location to verify their hours. So after another 40 minute drive we arrived at this location. The staff was very friendly! They continued to put out fresh pizzas even with our arrival 30 minutes prior to the buffet closing. Thank you Ft. Wright Snappy Tomato! The food was delicious and we greatly appreciate your friendly staff after the incident at the Bright location.“

“My wife and I had about an hour before our AT&T phone was done transferring data. We saw the BW3 at Ft Wright and decided to have an early dinner. The mood was light and the crowd was excited to watch the Bengals win their 1st game of the season. Our waiter, Ben, was very professional, informative and patient with our meal questions. He took our order with 100% accuracy. The food was as ordered, hot and delicious. I enjoyed the chicken wrap and my wife had the chicken and fries. Both hot and tasty. Ben checked on us frequently and made sure that we had a good dining experience. Great service, good food, and a friendly atmosphere was just what we needed. “Ive ate here now at least 2 times, i go through the drive thru, and its hits the spot i always get the 5 finger combo and eat the rest when I get after work cost 13 bucks, but makes 2 really tasty meals, if you go through the window, get salt and ketchup the fries are big and amazing, just no salt on them“

“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!“
