“I had an outstanding experience at this Dairy Queen that truly deserves recognition. I accidentally pulled up to the drive-thru about 5 minutes after closing (completely my fault for not checking the hours). All the lights were already off, but as I was driving by the window, the manager kindly flagged me down with a big smile.

He let me know they were closed, but said he was happy to still help and serve. I felt bad for keeping him late, but he insisted that he wanted us to be happy. That kind of genuine customer service is so rare these days and left a lasting impression on me.

Huge credit to the management here—this kind of attitude speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location!“

“The young man who waited on my mom and I this afternoon was great. He was patient as my mom made a decision after I read some choices for her. Her dementia makes it hard for her to make simple choices, but the young man was very patient and show no signs of rushing us or being aggravated in waiting. Luckily no one else was in line. I also told the young man how much I appreciated his patience with her. Cudos to him!“

“Whit's is a small frozen custard place that has better taste than the big chains. We came at a busy time, and they were very quick with getting everyone's order. They had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available and had a great ambiance.“

“Decided to stop for some ice cream with my son. They have a great menu, the girls behind the counter were very friendly and my milkshake was delicious. Parking is limited and they could use a couple more picnic tables. But it was very good and will be back!“

“Usually I go through the drive thru. In the morning the line isn't too long, but around 4/5p it begins to grow a little. They have a lot of flavors and options for malts, shakes, sundaes, banana splits, etc. Our order has always been correct, shakes have always been really good. The cups are thicker so it's not cold on your hand which is nice, and with shakes or malts you get a thicker straw also.“

It is kind of like going to confession. There is a physical screen you talk through and a window separating you from your treat.

Please excuse the Catholic analogies - this Dairy Queen is directly across the street from Roger Bacon high school.

Like I said above, bring CASH because I do T think they take credit cards. I might be wrong.

There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.

High school kid staff were warm and friendly and made me a perfect cone.

“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!“

“This is a dandy little half Dunkin Donuts half Baskin Robbins in a little strip mall close to Buttermilk Pike. This location specializes in ice cream it seems so that's what I went with (besides ice cream.) I went with the most unique flavour I could find; Bubblegum. It was ultra sweet as you might expect with definite bubblegum flavour there. They also had small little jellybean like candies inside the ice cream to add even more bubblegum taste. I got the two scoops in a sugar cone to finish a very sugary but delicious dessert. Thumbs up.“

“I like ice cream very much. I aways went there last year, this year the ice cream is so soft the frist time there in a few months, it was so soft iit almost fell off the cone. I fave them another chance two months later, the ice cream so soft it was no fun trying to eat. I wont go back“

I really hope there are more hiding inside the cookie. Why is it that the samples on the counter always look better than the ones you receive in your box?“

“There is a more limited selection of ice cream and higher prices than you would find at a normal Graeter's but the seating area is super cute and totally original to the building. All Rookwood tiles! It wasn't too busy on a Saturday afternoon despite the larger museum being crowded. The hours are different from the larger museum so plan your trip accordingly.“
