HOWEVER, the mgmt at BK was so understanding of the situation, they let me pick up my food AND they were even kind enough to remake my whole order so I could have fresh food! “I recently moved back to Franklin, Ky and the food here wasn't a good as it used to be. When I lived here 15 years ago, this Hardee's was one of the best restaurantsin town. I went through the drive through a week ago around 8am. I was unfortunately disappointed in the quality of food I had this morning. However, the service was great. The young woman did a wonderful job taking my order and handling my transaction via the drive through. She was cheerful, courteous and efficient. I ordered sausage biscuits with egg and cheese. The biscuits were very over cooked, dry and crumbling. The eggs were very thin, tasteless and soggy. The sausages were very overdone and thin. The food seemed to be left over and reheated but I could be wrong. Hardee's has always been a favorite of mine for breakfast but this was a disappointing experience. I will try to go there again. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.“

“This McDonald's on Franklin's N Main St is fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious each and every time. I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues. The crew and management are very friendly to each other and to customers, and they communicate very effectively in the kitchen, even adding a little humor to ease the daily grind. Indeed, they seem to push through long, busy drive-thru lines with grace. I strongly recommend promotions, raises, and other forms of appreciation and congratulations to the crew and their management.“

“Went to Cafe on Main for the first time yesterday and had the absolute best experience. Siera was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and made sure we knew all the options available to choose from. I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but I inhaled it before I thought about it. Started out with the fried pickles and they were crispy and flavorful. I had the Philly cheese steak with pepper jack cheese and tater tots. The beef was tender and juicy and the bun was soft and warm. You could tell they make everything fresh to order and care about their customers. Listening to Siera talk to other customers that frequent the establishment often was refreshing as she asked about things going on in their lives and asked about kids and grandkids. I will absolutely be making it a stop everytime I’m in town!!“
