“I placed an order with Doordash at 11:50pm, waited until almost 1am b4 concluding there were no dashers in this area this late. HOWEVER, the mgmt at BK was so understanding of the situation, they let me pick up my food AND they were even kind enough to remake my whole order so I could have fresh food! Absolutely amazing end to the bad day I had. Thank you amazing over night workers!“

“I recently moved back to Franklin, Ky and the food here wasn't a good as it used to be. When I lived here 15 years ago, this Hardee's was one of the best restaurantsin town. I went through the drive through a week ago around 8am. I was unfortunately disappointed in the quality of food I had this morning. However, the service was great. The young woman did a wonderful job taking my order and handling my transaction via the drive through. She was cheerful, courteous and efficient. I ordered sausage biscuits with egg and cheese. The biscuits were very over cooked, dry and crumbling. The eggs were very thin, tasteless and soggy. The sausages were very overdone and thin. The food seemed to be left over and reheated but I could be wrong. Hardee's has always been a favorite of mine for breakfast but this was a disappointing experience. I will try to go there again. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.“

“I walked in after 11 pm and was greeted with smiles and kindness. I asked a couple of questions and they were so polite. I was handed my food and when I tried to pay they told me merry Christmas
I can't tell you how much that kindness meant to me. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but for me, at this time ,during this season, it meant everything. Thank you so much to those boys at Franklin Wendy's.“
