A good place for an ice cream snack or fast food
We were parked for just a few minutes because they were extremely busy, the food was hot and delicious, the gravy was nice and thick as well.
I buy here almost everyday. I politely ask for the dome lids & the spoons on the side every time I order. Why must they make it a nightmare for me when I get these home by smashing the long red spoons all the way down in the icecream? Despite me asking for the dome lids with the spoons on the side & not shoved down in the blizzards, PLEASE?

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has a mixed reputation, with varying experiences reported by customers. The Georgetown, KY location is viewed as better than the ones in Frankfort, especially when the right order is delivered hot. The Hiram, GA location faces challenges keeping popular items like the Royal Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard in stock, which can lead to disappointment. Some customers have praised the friendly service, mentioning excellent experiences at the counter, where staff provide table tents and deliver orders when ready.
Many diners have enjoyed fresh, hot food and have appreciated the value for their money, particularly with the size of the small blizzard, like the delicious strawberry cheesecake blizzard. However, not all experiences are perfect, as some locations have been noted for having dirty tables and an imbalance of staff to customers. Overall, the dining experience at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill can be a mix of enjoyable moments and occasional letdowns.
