“Absolutely love zaxbys!! My only complaint is that they supposedly close at 9 but we got there at 845 and they already had their automated message saying they were closed 😕 maybe post something that they stop cooking earlier.. idk.. we were super disappointed last night though.“

“I had purchased the chicken and waffles and asked for 2 legs. When I recieved my order I got 2 thighs. So I went back to the store and they were nice about it and gave me the legs. The food was fresh and good! They are under staffed but has been like this for a while. I know bc I worked here long ago. People need to give employees grace, they can't help it they are understaffed. They can only move so fast and do so much. Working in fast food is stressful and can get overwhelming especially when you don't have help. People need to consider this when eating out. You guys are doing a good job to the crew that was there today around 5/2/25 2pm-3pm!“

“I think there were only two people working. They were practically running to keep everyone happy. The workers tonight need to be rewarded for all of their effort. they did great although we felt bad for them. but the managers who were responsible for scheduling the shift should probably be fired...“
