“So, was there maybe about six months ago and was pretty let down. Burgers were exceptionally messy and fries were cold and full of grease. Went back there yesterday and what a change! Food was hot and fresh(I forgot to get a picture of my son’s burger). The fries were perfect (my son’s rating). I am low carb so no bun or fries for me….
Five Guys is not cheap… so I expect great food for the price. Was also great to see a 100% food score rating!“

“The customer service provided by Derrick was the best I’ve seen in a long time.. Eventhough he was working by himself because his only other coworker was on their break, and he was swamped with orders he was still kind and very respectful to everyone and made sure to get food out fast and diligently. “I haven't been to Burger King in a decade but the Tesla v4 Superchargers are in the parking lot. I was incredibly impressed! The facility was super clean, the staff very pleasant, and the food was piping hot. The sandwich was clearly better than McD's and the chicken nuggets had great flavor. The staff cycled through hit fries (and warned guests) twice in the few minutes we were there. Also, they have trailer parking spots out back for convenience as well.
Parking: Pull-through, trailer length parking spots available in back
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of king crowns all ready to go!“

“Not usually a hamburger person, but today my son brought me a butter burger from Culver’s. It had lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese on it. The burger was delicious and well prepared. Cheddar was an option, the onions tasted like onions and the slice of tomato was perfect in size and had the best tomato flavor I have had in a long time from a large tomato. I always knew about their chocolate soft serve and other good ice cream options, but I have a new fave burger. Do yourself a favor and try it.“

“I like the fact that you walk in order what you want. Then you go out and get the condiments that you want and your drink and then you sit down, they call your name you go app and you pick up your order, bring it over to your table and enjoy it, there's not a bunch of interruptions, you don't have to wait very long at all that is probably the best. You would almost say it's like cafeteria style.“

“Food is always good. My complaint is the time it takes in the drive through. I guess thats expected when they're making a boat ton or tiny sandwiches per order. If you want a quick experience get it door dashed. Otherwise the food is always what you expect.“

“Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. No welcome person, so I sat down and waited. A charming young lady came and took my order. We talked about how few people were working. I was initially angry for having to wait. But as we talked I realized how overwhelmed they were and how little help they had. I want to thank her for her hard work.“

“They were fast and friendly on day shift . My food was hot and fresh... I came the other night and bought $50 worth of food to wait for 25 mins and it had a long red hair in it. She didn't have her hair pulled back nor have gloves on making our food. Took it back in and they were rude about it. Then got the order wrong on the second try. I just didn't even eat and left. The kids on nightshift should be managed or taught better. Night shift could learn a lot from day shift.“

“I've driven by WAY too many times & always wanted to try this out... I've seen a couple ads on Instagram showcasing great deals... I'm really happy I finally stopped in, I had a very pleasant experience! I ordered the small pretzel pub buster burger combo- everything was really hot and fresh & I could taste the quality in the ingredients. The fries were actually my favorite part - very crispy, and unlike anything you'll find at 99% of restaurants! I came for a great deal and left very satisfied. 5.40$ out the door! 100% certain I'll be returning soon. Second time around I ordered extra pub cheese- even better! Danks food here.“

“This is one of the better McDonalds in Hardin County. In my opinion, it’s the best one in both Elizabethtown and Radcliff. I used to doordash here and this location was the most professional. The next best one is located near Rally’s off Dixie in Etown. The others are horrible. Neither of them compare to the Burrell McDonalds In Leitchfield - which is hands down the best out Burrell owned McDonalds establishment.
Food wise for anyone looking for my opinion : always use the 20% discount in the app. If you’re not using the app, you’re ordering wrong. And the $5 meal deals are the way to go. Order a few. I used to like Sharable’s but not so much anymore. The price of them have gone up quite a bit so the value lies within the value meals.“

“On the evening of July 8, I just got off work around 8:30 PM I stopped in to grab a sandwich usually I pass by because the drive-through was long. But they had a break. So I slid right in an order. It still took a couple minutes! No big deal , The manager was actually working the drive-through window. She went on to tell me there was three managers working they had no staff! I just want to say thanks and let you guys doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Great customer service And the food was good as always Thank you!“

“We stopped here twice on the way to and from Nashville Tennessee. We had a late lunch and the fries were piping hot and we had a late breakfast and the food was piping hot again. The manager was thanking her employees for clocking in early and said she was thankful for them. All around a good McDonald’s and they deserve some praise. Will stop again when we are down this way.“
